Boulder is a nut house and they should build a wall around it to contain the inmates at the asylum to keep them away from sane and honest people.
Real estate is one thing, but in this instance they want to take over a business that a company built and operate it, infrastructure they did not build, install or maintain..............
If they accomplish this, I’d tell them you get the wires, the poles, and transformers and a couple of buildings. NO equipment, NO personnel, NO spare parts, NO electricity, and promptly disconnect the lines from the main lines into the city limits....................
