Kerry defends US response to fatal plane strike, as evidence points to Russia involvement

Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday defended his administration’s measured response to a passenger jet being shot down over Ukraine and mounting evidence of Russia’s involvement, saying the United States shouldn’t “shoot from the hip” while the facts are emerging.

“It takes facts for responsible leadership,” Kerry told “Fox News Sunday.”

Kerry, the country’s top diplomat, argued the U.S. levied another round of sanctions against Russia one day before the Malaysian airliner was shot down Thursday over eastern Ukraine. And with the exception of ground troops in Ukraine, “all options are on the table,” he said. ....

President Obama is “prepared to take additional steps,” Kerry told Fox. “Everything, less American troops, is on the table.”

Putin had better watch out. Obama is preparing to think about considering an even more vigorous protest than before.

Putin can always take the 5th, or have his computer crash with what evidence he has

Obama should have requested from the Ukraine government permission to drop a company of 101st Airborne troops onto the crash scene to secure it and make a pathway for the investigators. Anything less is scandalous.

I am sure that even if the plane were filled with Americans, Obama wouldn't have done this and just would have walked his pussy ass over to the Charcoal Pit for a hamburger and a good laugh. Now, think about how that makes you feel about the value of your American citizenship

Here is some video of the weapons system Putin's proxies and probably his soldiers used.

I’m guessing this statement was the prepared one rather than the one when he thought the mic was off. If we’d had a prez with morals and concern with human life, there would be nothing to defend, aka excuse.

When has responsible leadership ever been the hallmark of this misadministration?
