There'll be no "I'll see your testosterone and raise" in response from the one known as "obama" like we used to do in the old days, but you can bet the obama administration's hash tag counter attack will be withering and unrelenting.

Putin says the plane would not have been shot down if Ukraine had not ended their unilateral cease-fire, but that is false, because the terrorists never agreed to or abided by the cease-fire in any way. They even shot down a helicopter the day after the cease-fire began.
