CIA Director John Brennan has apologized to the leadership of the Senate Intelligence Committee after the CIA’s Inspector General determined that agency officials inappropriately searched the stand-alone computer network used by committee staffers in preparing their report on the C.I.A.’s detention and interrogation program. Earlier this year, Brennan denied the C.I.A. had illegally monitored the committee’s computers calling the suggestions as ”just beyond the scope of reason.”

To follow up on the Inspector General’s determination Brennan has ordered the formation of an accountability board to review the incident and make recommendations that could potentially lead to disciplinary action.

So you just apologize and that makes it all better?

It's a crime and folks belong in prison.

Isn’t it illegal for the CIA to conduct domestic spying??

Who ordered this? an Obama flunky no doubt.

Where are the hearings?

While with committee members such as Dianne Feinstein, Jay Rockefeller, Ron Wyden, and Barbara Mikulski the probability that there are anti-American subversives using those computers is high, it still does not excuse the CIA’s actions.

Brennan needs to resign. At a minimum.

And why no members of congress are calling loudly and repeatedly for his resignation is symptomatic of just how deep the rot has gone.

Like jail? If not, why not?

You never know who you will have to blackmail or when so it’s good to always be prepared. I’ll be shocked if anyone goes to jail for this minor infraction.

When SWAT is kicking down your door, try THAT out:

Say you’re sorry.

SEE what happens.

Brennan was a leading exec at the company that illegally pulled BHO’s passport info right before he was elected the first time, and they guy who actually did the job was SHOT IN THE HEAD in his car while parked in front of his Church.

We all know HE is sorry, though he didn’t say so.

It’s coming from ABC news, must be something they know can’t be covered up. Wonder how long until the hard drives all start disappearing and all emails gone and the backup tapes have all been stored over, and their IM system is not saved, and never once did LLerner ever send a single email ever to anyone anywhere in the white house. Well, if nothing else this will possibly wake up the phony scandal lies again. I wish for the day when someone speaks up somehow.

Oops. We are not supposed to go domestic. Right? You are American, right? We have seen some of the laws you have passed. You can see our confusion, right?

He said, “sorry” and that’s enough for anybody. No reforms needed folks. They have our best interests at heart.

There should be over sight over all public politicians.
The information should never be used as blackmail or politically but there needs to be oversight at the highest levels.

Spying on the masses is what troubles me.
