How can parodists like John Semmens keep up with the UN?

I'm trying to figure out if the UN wants Israel to extend Iron Dome protection to shoot down Hamas' misfired rockets which will hit Gaza or to shoot down Israel's own aircraft? Because they can't mean just giving Iron Dome missiles to Hamas which would just try to fire them as surface to surface missile against Israeli civilians or strip the warheads to be used as suicide bombs.

As I recall, bombing civilians was deliberate and meant to force them to oust their leader who had refused to resign. Clinton and Albright could not get him to resign so they "had" to bomb the civilians.
