There is very bad news for President Obama and the Democrats in a new poll released last night by Investor’s Business Daily. John Merline writes:
President Obama's approval rating dropped to his lowest levels as the public hammers him on his handling of each of the major crises facing the country, according to the latest IBD/TIPP poll, released on Friday.
The survey, taken the last week of July, found that only 38% of the public approves of the job Obama is doing as president, while 53% disapprove.
That's a 10-point negative swing in just the past month.
Breaking out the internals, it becomes clear that the Border Crisis is driving this sharp decline:
This drop comes despite the fact that personal outlooks and views on the economy and direction of the country have barely budged. Nor did the public's views on Obama's handling of the economy, the budget and jobs change noticeably.
But Obama got extremely low marks in his handling of every major crisis gripping the nation at home and abroad.
Just 25% say Obama is handling the border crisis well, while 56% blame his policies for encouraging the wave of illegal crossings by children and teens. Even among Democrats, only 46% say Obama is doing a good job, while less than a quarter (23%) of independents do.

Maybe redefining IMMIGRATION to include an influx of illegals is to bust up what a border means.
Homeland Security would be there just to facilitate busting up US borders.

This influx of illegals is happening too quickly and southern states have to fend for themselves because the federal government, charged with protecting borders, is doing just the opposite.

Living here in NJ, I’ve always wondered why so many have been allowed through in such numbers for YEARS. We’ve had a de facto amnesty since they’ve arrived, and word seems to have gotten out all the way down to Tierra Del Fuego.

I agree with "so what". If Obama could run for another term, he would probably win.
I think his poll could drop to 0% and there would be enough fools and "hate America first" types, etc. that would still vote for him.
Uber-liberal Massachusetts erupted into a massive protest when they discovered gray-haired latino men were enrolling in their high schools claiming they were 17-yrs old and had no documentation.
School policy is to check w/ family---who said the man was a 35-year old adult.
No brainer here--- these are drug dealers looking to establish an in-house business---giving out free samples to get little Johnny addicted.
Could also be sex traffickers luring HS teens into the trade.
The deadly E-coli is also a threat---illegals traveling thousands of miles from Third World hovels are totally unfamiliar w/ proper sanitation habits.
E-coli comes from unclean bathroom habits---it has been found on the handles of supermarket carts..... so its no stretch that it can be found on school buses, on school equipment and in school cafeterias.

I live in Texas and weekly hear of illegals w/o licenses or insurance wiping out US motorists.
Rising rape and murder committed by illegals are only now beginning to be covered by Texas journalists.

Finally, Gov. Perry is taking actions the federal government should be handling to protect American borders.
These illegal "children" are supposed to show up in court to track them - 80 - 90% don't show - talk about shadows!
Illegals are not so much in the shadows - go to a convenience store in the morning and that's what illegal immigration looks like - clusters of men waiting to be picked up for day jobs.
Yell "La Migra" (immigration department, immigration officer) and you'll get a pretty idea who is here legally and who isn't.

If I had school age kids, I would definitely go the home school route.
Either that or gather a few moms and demand that all kids wear medical masks over their nose/mouths and wear surgical gloves. Maybe a full on surgical set up just for protection and to make a point.
If hospitals space hand sanitizers throughout their facilities, the schools should do the same.
Once antibiotic strains cross the border, they probably spread quickly and widely.

Why is it that the country continues to be interested in Obama’s approval ratings when he is not going away and not being removed anytime soon?
