Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid may be in trouble.
NBC/WSJ/Marist has published a new poll, conducted July 28-31, that shows a majority of registered voters want a Republican majority in both the House and Senate.
Respondents were first asked if they thought Congress had been very productive, somewhat productive, somewhat unproductive or very unproductive. 50 percent of registered voters said they thought Congress had been very unproductive, with only 3 percent saying Congress had been very productive.
Even though the 50 percent who think Congress was very unproductive are in part talking about the Republican House, they dont want the majority to change.

Wise advice; with Cornball and Lamar! there, it won't matter anyway.
ditto on that.
I know democrats who don’t like democrats anymore... something has changed.
A Ted Cruz/Jeff Sessions style Senate would be nice. The GOPe can suck it.
Especially those dead voters.
“The Republicans had the House, the Senate and the White House in 2004. What did it get us?”
We didn’t get socialized medicine. We didn’t get massive degradation of the military.
We had a status of forces agreement with Iraq. And the deficit was half what it is now.
Not great, but better than the current madness.
Republicans and conservatives would make a good mix.
You are better placed than I am I guess, because I don’t personally have dimocrat friends nor do I deal with dimocrats. I have a cousin who is sheriff of our county. I would not vote for him because he was a dim. Then, this election, he was afraid that he would be held responsible for Obama, so he jumped to the republican party. He won the primary and is running against a no-name for the Nov election. He’ll probably win again. BUT, I did not vote for him in the primary and will not vote for him, or the dim in the general election. Why? Because I don’t think he has changed. I think he just jumped parties to stay in office. So, to heck with him.
You are batpoop insane if you want Harry Reid to keep the Senate. What if Clarence Thomas slips in the shower? You want an easy confirmation of Obama’s next socialist Supreme Court Justice?
Divided govt means Congress v Whitehouse. I don’t want a repeat of one Party government of either Party. One Party leads to corruption and non existent oversight.
So if there’s a Republican President you want a rat House of socialists to control the purse strings and a rat Senate that will reject anyone good he tries to put on the court? Sounds smart. Bush’s last 2 years were AWESOME, weren’t they?
