Hat Tip GWP - Patrick Sawyer was the American businessman, who contracted Ebola while working in Liberia, then collapsed after he got off a plane to Nigeria and died July 25. He was the first patient in Nigeria with the Ebola virus. The Nigerian authorities have refused to release the names of other passengers on the plane with Mr. Sawyer, or notify the media of their status.

Seems like more people get sick after taking commercial flights these days.. Perhaps smoking on airplanes was good for something afterall.
Actually there was a purpose for that long “beak”. Don’t recall it off hand but did see an article about it last year.
The mask had two small nose holes and was a type of respirator which contained aromatic items. The beak could hold dried flowers (including roses and carnations), herbs (including mint), spices, camphor, or a vinegar sponge. The purpose of the mask was to keep away bad smells, which were thought to be the principal cause of the disease in the miasma theory of infection, before it was disproved by germ theory. Doctors believed the herbs would counter the "evil" smells of the plague and prevent them from becoming infected.
Air borne? I’ll call weapons grade horseshit. Its the best and purist.

Note that Bubonic Plague killed a third of Europe and was principally spread by fleas. However, the really scary and highly contagious variant was Pneumonic Plague. It spread easily and killed quickly. The bad diseases are at their worst when they go airborne.

I heard a doctor on Cavuto yesterday named Dr. Jane Orient and she said the virus could mutate and become airborne. I cannot find the video on this but they are behind in posting the videos on Fox for some reason.
If they wanted to keep Americans safe, they would have done what they were paid billions to do and secured our borders, starting in the 70s...They had no intention of doing that.
