A second American doctor has tested positive for Ebola according to SIM-USA, a Charlotte-based missions organization.
The doctor, who has not been named, was treating patients as a missionary doctor in Monrovia, Liberia.

When unruly mobs break into quarantine areas and travelers circumvent no fly restrictions, there are no rules and there is no predicatability in the spread of ebola.
There is only one given that it will spread.

Quarantine, are you kidding? Obozo-I mean Jarrett- is probably already having his minions work on a plan to bring these poor victims to the US. Just like the Haitian AIDS people, or the South Americans with drug-resistant TB. After all, we must all share in the diversity.
