I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks of that movie every time Beck opens his mouth.
We may remember Reagan too, but Beck is right about the masses of the sheeple not doing so. Still, I never listen to Beck.

From what I heard, Burt Lancaster was an atheist, so he liked playing characters like Elmer Gsntty, that mocked The Lord. If I remember right, he also played Moses, and was always looking up to the sky, and second guessing God, so there may be some truth to that.

I don’t he’s completely wrong, insofar as I think an over-reliance on Benghazi isn’t the way to go. Instead, we need to keep reminding voters that Hillarycare was the blueprint for Obamacare.
Reagan wasn’t elected because people remembered Coolidge. He made a case for better solutions, and won. You don’t win by reflecting on Reagan (although a few mentions make sense). You make the case why we are on a disastrous track and present better solutions.
Everyone is shooting the messeger. He is not supporting her candidacy, rather explaining her strategy which if conservatives understood could result in her defeat and perhaps the beginning of an American Restoration.

I have always believed that the Obungler was God's judgment on America for her sins. I appears to me that America is not learning anything, and more judgement is necessary. Hilary would just be a continuation of God's judgement. Someone said that we would be ruled by God, or we would be ruled by tyrants. I think there is truth to that.
I believe that Beck is a very sick man. Hillary is very damaged. For Example she is totally complicit in the arming of ISIS in Syria. They are using our weapons to slaughter Chistians right this minute. She completely supported the overthrow of Mubarak and Qaddafi. She was a total disaster as a secretary. But the biggies are her abandonment of Bengahzi in the face of screaming cries for security from Stevens. She is a total failure but MORE. She has very serious medical problems admitted by her Husband. She is total history. That is why Biden is goofy. We need a RANK conservative candidate because these demorats are finished in 2016. We will not do well with a RINO because we cant spare 10 million staying home.

Our nation - apart from divine intervention - is gone. As Rush said, we now have 3 generations of voters brainwashed from kindergarden in Marxism/atheism, dumbed down who haven’t a clue to what’s beyond their text messages and tweets, movies and video games. What little news they get is from other Marxists/atheists. The ‘12 election proved that, and it’s only worse now.....
Add to that the fact that the Repubs are liberals lite or conservative wimps with few exceptions like Cruz & Lee.....but so fragmented and leaderless that they don’t have a hope. And they are likely to renominate Romney. Or Jeb Bush.

I agree. I'm putting it out there that she may not even get the nomination. Anything is possible. What Hillary has now is a clear record of failure for all to see. Her disastrous tenure as SOS may be a silver lining in the long term as long as we don't get a nominee on the GOP side who tells voters verbal garbage such as “you don't need to fear a Hillary presidency” or “she was a fine SOS. We just disagree on some issues.” She needs to be hit hard on these issues along with a pro growth, pro American campaign
