I think we are entering another dimension where a lie becomes "truth" and it is all packaged by Hollywood.
If you believe that culture trumps politics that represents a real danger because Hollywood shapes culture. But here we have Hollywood shaping political facts directly.
Paddy Chayefsky should really be writing this or maybe it would make a good episode of Twilight Zone. At any rate, we are watching the theater of the absurd become our culture become our politics.

Maybe so, but given the fact that See-BS fired his butt over this very episode makes me think otherwise.
That paste is out of the tube.
Good to hear from you.

I wonder if Bob will be quoting Dan on such things as, “We don’t know what to do. We don’t know whether to wind a watch or bark at the moon.”
“If a frog had sidepockets ... well well” “George Bush is happier tonight than a pit bull with two peters.” Etc.
Whatta maroon!
I’m convinced Dan was nibbling peyote buttons during commercial breaks, and Redford’s addled enough to pull that act off. I can see him in a safari coat and Inspector Gadget hat, trying not to drool.

The recent “truth” the Democrats have put out is that Rove planted the documents and Buckhead was a paid plant who waited till the program went live and then swooped in the debunk it.
Total crazy conspiracy theory that is “true” because it’s theoretically possible. The evidence for it? None. But that’s just how good Rove is...
