Quarantine should be at the ORIGINATING end of the journey. Once the individual meets and greets other passengers, they are conceivably ALL infected.

I got incarcerated in a quarantine five years ago during the Swine Flu scare. I didn't have Swine Flu, but showed some symptoms. It's not fun. What these people are getting is immediate care whereas in Liberia that's broken down.
This is insanity. Any invader can walk over the border and not worry about being sent home. But if they come forward and say they're sick they get $1000 an hour medical care.
And they should be in quarantine BEFORE they get on the plane to their destination.
I don't even play a doctor on tv, but does it seem kinda odd to anyone else to 'isolate' someone in what's surely one of the busiest/highest turnover areas in the joint ?
