Now when the disease developes into its fulminent form a blind medical student can make the diagnosis. But in the early phases, the symptoms are nondescript, generalized, ...when only constitutional symptoms present to the ER the doctor has a much more difficult time make a specific, correct, unequivocal diagnosis.

Hey...Ellis Island worked....surely they could set something up like that in no time here. But they won’t...it wouldn’t be “Politically Correct” to stigmatize anyone.
If we are going to relax all immigration standards then we should have set up Ellis Island style and at least know who is here and they are free of disease when they get here.
