Apparently not. Dr. Spencer went bowling and jogging while experiencing fatigue (his first symptoms), if I remember correctly. He only sought help when he got a fever.

True, but it’s still a relatively small number of folks who know what to do. If he’s like any normal person, he went jogging because he felt ok. Contrast to Duncan who was puking around the apartment and sitting on the can all night but had to be talked into going back to the hospital by the GF’s daughter.
