Forget about ebola, I lost interest in this guy’s article about the time he began to lambast a Republican.
Yet the number being observed continues to grow.
And so this is why what’s-his-name, the shyster, self quarantined
Even if, lots of early voters out there during the height of the crisis
As long as its Africans who are doing the dying...
Wait, that’s waaaacist! Which is why Obama opposes a quarantine on Ground Zero.
By the end of the week, we'll learn the condition of Nina Pham's boyfriend who has been under a media blackout leading up to the election.
More Ebola is coming to the US.
Maybe there is less to know about the Ebola.... because the AP has decided to minimize reporting about it.
http://www.newrepublic.com/article/119889/ap-offers-good-guidance-reporting-ebola-cases
Our bureaus monitor them, but we have not been moving stories or imagery simply because a doctor suspects Ebola and routine precautions are taken while the patient is tested. To report such a case, we look for a solid source saying Ebola is suspected and some sense the case has caused serious disruption or reaction. Are buildings being closed and substantial numbers of people being evacuated or isolated? Is a plane being diverted? Is the suspected case closely related to another, confirmed Ebola case?
Credit Obama’s Make EBOLA NEWS GO AWAY “Czar” who is, himself, ALSO NOT IN THE NEWS?!
The real mystery is why the media didn’t embargo all the bad news until after the election.
Gee...10 days now. Isn’t that conveniently about the number of days the Ebola propoganda czar has been on duty?
And the nurse up in Maine, Kaci Whatziss, will turn out to be a carrier, and has spread it to many hundreds of her fellow Mainers.
Big Obama fan, she is, too.
Good point. Maybe there is not just enough good news?
Are we sure?
Slowing in Liberia (CNN + USA today Oct 30) so quick send our troops to Sierra Leone so they can unpack the medical supplies that were sitting on the docks for 2 months as of Oct 5 (NYTimes) while their cases go higher.
Emphasis being on "Reports" of.........
Not here. It is WAY overblown hype...both in the media and here.
Not one case from contact with someone at random (who didn't knowkingly have contact with a known victim).
I was holding off any opinion on the matter until 3 weeks after the Hajj ended. I fully anticipated to see massive infections worldwide within 1-2 weeks of Oct 8th because of the Hajj and so many from Africa would be going. The fact that not one case as shown up due to the Hajj speaks VOLUMES....more than any "fear mongering" could ever speak.
And because we passed the Hajj without any rise in infections...I think its pretty safe to say that in this country...people need to be a lot more worried about getting killed by someone texting or drinking while driving than they do Ebola.
