The 16 Most Epic Democratic Underground MELTDOWNS Over The 2014 Republican Rout
The Daily Caller ^ | 11/05/2014 | Eric Owens

Posted on 11/05/2014 5:05:01 AM PST by magellan

What is best in life? Well, experiencing Tuesday night's meltdown at Democratic Underground is certainly nowhere near the top of the list, but it was halfway entertaining--for a Tuesday night.

Below are the greatest hits from a night filled with intense rage, frustration, more rage, sadness and confusion among users at the interactive leftist website.

FLyellowdog: "This whole election is leaving me with some very scary feelings. And I'm simply sick…physically sick ... and emotionally drained."

sammy750: "The GOP is the biggest scandal of the century. Huge voter suppression and fixing the voting machines so they didn't register right. The GOP is the biggest fraud, AG Holder will be busy undoing all the GOP fraud wins"

global1: "So The American Voters Have Rewarded The ReThugs For Shutting Down The Government….obstructing everything President Obama wanted to accomplish; sticking with the NRA; refusing to raise the minimum wage; refusing to deal with the immigration issue; piling more debt on students/student loans; voting to repeal ACA over 50 times when the American People finally had some relief on health insurance; and the list goes on and on. What is wrong with the American People. They believe the lies. They like to be lied to. They vote against their better interests."

Thanks for posting this article! It started my day out with some great laughs because those people are so crazy.

Some of them probably rushed out to buy condoms this morning before they disappear from stores.

That can’t be real. She wants to move to the “sane state” that Bernie lives in? LOL

The children are throwing their temper tantrums again. Quotes like “I might as well kill myself”

If only. That would certainly improve things in a hurry.

This is why you never trust a politician that says they are going to “reach across the aisle”.

It's more of a "reach-around".

I guess I am going to have to join to offer some encouragement.

How is this:

what a good idea!

I cannot see any other way out either.

You blaze the trail and I will follow.

It will save the planet!

I went over to DU after republicans took the senate and they had at least two threads where they were cussing out the country. Probably more, but two had the heading with the big F word.

Vote fraud is our own fault since we choose not to do anything about it. Just last April, 40,000 names were found on both Maryland and Virginia voter rolls. So what did the Virginia GOP do about it? Not a damn thing. And now Democrat Mark Warner returns to Washington with a margin less than one-third the total of these illegal duplicate registrations.

A person registered to vote in Maryland cannot by law vote in Virginia. Yet the Republicans let them do it anyway.

In the past 20 years, show me ANY republican vote fraud anywhere in the country.

That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that the looser voter ID requirements get, the more chance people have for tampering on either side. I'm saying that I don't care who's side would benefit, any single instance of vote fraud takes away a constitutional right from another citizen and it is right to take that very seriously.

I suppose if you want an example, you can read this. I can't say I know all of the facts of the case. I'm not even sure if he's been tried yet. Maybe the guy is just being targeted somehow, but we're silly to think that the GOP is simply pristine or immune from the temptations to commit fraud.

My wife voted yesterday.

I believe that it is the first time that she has ever voted without waffling to and for about the relative qualities of each man, sometime voting for the Dim (1st Clinton run) because she disliked the R.

Not this time. She took my advice and swung on the elephant's tail.

A few months ago, my son and his family came up to stay with us a few days from Mobile. Now my son has fairly conservative instincts, but was ruined by getting a degree in English. He likes to pick over words, for instance, not seeing the forest for the trees. He voted for Obama because Sarah Palin “didn't have any experience”. Pleas of “She has at least as much as Obama.” went unheeded.

Next time he voted for some 3rd party, because he hated Obama by then, but did feel Romney was up to snuff. AAAAAG!

Anyway, my wife pleaded with him, and said “Daddy was right!” I was actually proud of her. They were still at it when I went to bed.

Anyway, thank to Rush Limbaugh, who she started listening to, I managed to turn her. Wish me luck on my son.

Hey. Mock Rush all you want (I'm not speaking to you personally here), but his brand of medicine works.
