Scotty McMillan's death and the events leading up to it were so horrifying that the sight of the tortured boy's battered body made emergency room nurses break into tears. The little boy lived and died in West Caln Township, which is a small township located in Chester County, Penn. Jillian Tait and her boyfriend Gary Fellenbaum are the suspects in the shocking death of Scotty McMillan.

According to a Nov. 7, 2014 report by NBC News, the couple allegedly tortured the three-year-old child with a variety of implements including a metal rod and a homemade whip. The pair stand accused of beating the helpless child over a time period of three days during which the boy was suspended upside down by his face, flogged with a whip, a green frying pan and a curtain rod, tied to a chair and slammed into a wall headfirst.

If this doesn’t warrant the death penalty I don’t know what does. These two deserve nothing short of a painful death.

I think prison would be better because once their crime was discovered by the inmates, everyday would be a living hell for them - that is as long as they got LIFE in prison!

That evil continues when the perpetrator is not dealt with appropriately and publicly.

He will get life in prison under protective custody with free food, cable, etc.

In a just world, his unburied corpse would be swinging on a gibbet until it disintegrates.

‘Torture’ makes a good case for bringing back ‘cruel and unusual’ punishments. A Constitutional change that would allow staving criminals to death who torture children would be a move in the right direction...

These two should not be treated to a humane death.

Trade them to North Korea for a portrait of Kim Jong Who Ever. But first tattoo “Kim Jong Un is a fatazz” on their forehead in Korean.

Good God! I could not read more than the summary. I only clicked on the article to state my opinion that the perps should be slowly lowered into a wood chipper.

Pennsylvania is a in practice no death penalty state. Capital punishment is on the books but it won’t ever be carried out.

This is not the 1950s, where prisons were full of bank stickup men, second story thieves, guys who won barfights, bookmakers, etc.

Most prisoners today are like this guy: complete and utter degenerates with no moral compass.

they won’t survive very long in prison once the other inmates find out why they are in there.

There are some rare cases where the constitutional prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment
should be waived.

It's a mistake to think that convicted criminals are going to dish out justice. There are plenty of psychopathic criminals presently in prison who would respect this child-killer.
