Darren Wilson may have resigned from the Ferguson Police Department, but a group of attorneys wants the controversial officer stripped of his right to carry a badge anywhere in Missouri.
In a nine-page petition, the National Bar Association — the country’s oldest and largest group of African American attorneys and judges — asks the Missouri Department of Public Safety to revoke Wilson’s law enforcement license.
Last month, a St. Louis grand jury declined to indict Wilson, who is white, for the Aug. 9 fatal shooting of unarmed black teen Michael Brown. A federal civil rights investigation continues, but the likelihood of charges being brought is slim, since Wilson has testified he was in fear for his life at the time of the shooting.

Easy enough to make a demand that he do something he already planned to do anyway.
Since there was no indictment, thus no court case, there is no basis for the revocation of whatever the state licensure for police officers is.
The attorneys should know that.
This is just another attempt to keep stirring the pot to keep the Ferguson situation in the headlines.
Next, they might seek an injunction to prohibit him from ever wearing blue clothing. {idiots}

If the “gentle giant,” with his rap sheet and gang membership, would have obeyed the officers’s orders to get on the sidewalk he’d still be alive.
Probably not in Missouri....
They must think it will somehow help result in the heaven on earth they've been dreaming about, where they live on the clouds and attend cocktail parties where the conversation is stimulating and the rest of us live under their jackboot. Or something.
