“was held to honor Officer Ramos,”
Which is exactly what turning their backs on his killer’s enablers did.
To: Steelfish
I think it was sh *t hot for those officers to turn their backs on the walking t*rd.
As for the chief, he can shove his silly little statement up his socialist Obamahole.

"That funeral was held to honor Officer Ramos, and to bring politics, to bring issues into that event I think was very inappropriate and I do not support it."I agree, Bratton. So why did the Mayor make such a political appearance?

It was inappropriate for the Mayor to show up for this funeral. He was not wanted there. Not by the family or the mourners. He was there to do damage control for his own political career. It didn’t work.

We have the same cr** going on in Rochester NY.
The mayor, a black female, gave a disgusting speech on the Ferguson, poor, black, unarmed baby and the rotten cop who killed the "gentle giant".

Smart move Bill, go to war with your own police dept.
This isn’t going to end well.

His comments to the NYPD a few weeks ago were inappropriate, so fair is fair.

there is not very much the rank and file cops can do to show there displeasure with the mayor. this is one they can do I just hope it is being done with the approval of the slain officers family. If the officers family is against this action then the officers should not be doing this.
it is interesting how effective public shaming is and this is definitely shaming the mayor.

Respect the office, if not the man holding it.
To: Steelfish
Of course the commissioner is going to say that, he has to. He is the mayor’s lackey, not a LEO.

Too bad that this is a squabble between two powerful elements of the big city left.

DeBlasio was there mostly for to burnish his self destructive and tarnished Kommie reputation.
The phot op and representation were coincidental.

Once the city opens its bag of goodies at contract time the NYPD will forget their fallen brothers and all will be well.

Yeah, Bratton and you’re his lackey.
