Last Sunday, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Martin Dempsey, indicated that he expected a decision “fairly soon” on whether the Army will court martial Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl for allegedly deserting his post in Afghanistan, or has cleared him, paving the way for separation from the service and back pay in excess of $200,000. Moreover, a decision to clear Bergdahl may well open the door for him to be designated a former prisoner of war, ensuring him substantial monthly pay, medical and educational benefits for the rest of his life.
To those who have followed all angles of Bergdahl’s case, it appears the Army has a true dilemma on its hands, as does the Obama administration. By now the investigating team has done an in-depth look into the circumstances surrounding Bergdahl’s disappearance from his post, has probably interviewed every witness with credible information, has looked at every piece of physical evidence and has reviewed hundreds of classified intelligence reports regarding his captivity. Its conclusions are long overdue....

Obola was agog at Bergdahl’s dad being a converted muzzie. He’ll prolly get a lifetime pension. The general who declares his innocence will become chief of staff.

I believe that the best way to deal with Bergdahl is to give a medical discharge with benefits.
Our military screwed up. He was in the Coast Guard and they recognized that he was cuckoo and gave him a medical discharge.
Then he enlisted in the Army, was shipped to Afghanistan and went cuckoo.
Obama and Bergdahl’s parents are more cuckoo than Bergdahl. I believe this man will have increasing mental health problems to the day he dies.
As a society, we have an obligation to our veterans, that includes brain-damaged combat veterans.
Do we get the $5 billion back?

Some have feebly tried, only to cave. The courts, Congress, international organizations, other governments, and every single agency in the Federal government - they all have caved and allowed evil to walk freely.
Treason is the reason.
He should have been left to die in captivity, or executed once he was freed.
Best solution: Put Bergdahl in charge of President Obama’s Secret Service detail.
And something tells me he eventually will.
He should have been shot on sight. He deserted. People DIED looking for him.
We I one of the families of these people, I would not be persuaded by any psych determination.
Deserters, radical muslims, black criminals and two bit thugs... all favorites of the Obama Administration.
