They know as well as everyone else that the M855 is not “armored piercing,” and that because it may be fired out of a “AR Pistol” does not gives them justification to ban a very common the centerfire rifle round. Sure they do. But you don't think that will stop them from trying do you?

Because there has not been any problems with AR Pistols (SBRs) shooting M855 or SS109 rounds shooting people using body armor. It's called making it up.
