That may be so. However, from my perspective that agency does not need to exist at all. Obama’s official line is that terrorism does not exist, and he has focused that agency’s mission on delivering illegal immigrant children to their illegal parents here, conducting publicity raids on operations that make knock-off apparel, etc., and most bad of all - focusing on a mythical ubiquitous problem of home-grown militia terrorism.

All you need do is to look back on the “stopping terrorism meme” when it regards Muslims et al and you find a miserable record; their ‘successes’ mainly being finding out about terrorism when the attempts have failed.

So, they may be good people, but there isn’t a job for them to do that couldn’t already be done with capabilities that were extant at the time of their agency’s inception.

Getting ready to post my message on the FBI site. Please tell me if the following looks sufficient:

I am increasingly concerned with what is actually going on at a branch of the Department of Homeland Security that is called USCIS, the US Citizen and Immigration Services. Under the guise of stimulating the economy, is someone in the USCIS actually granting investment visas, EB-5 visas, to foreign investors who may actually bring in ISIS terrorists or members of Mexican drug cartels? An article that I read said that there has been an accelerated effort to grant more of these visas. Certainly hoping that someone in the FBI is investigating this danger to our national security.

Under the guise of stimulating the economy, is someone in the USCIS actually granting investment visas, EB-5 visas, to foreign investors who may actually bring in ISIS terrorists or members of Mexican drug cartels?

Recent reports I've read are alarming---indicating that USCIS is engaged in an accelerated effort to grant more of these suspect visas.

Certainly hoping that someone in the FBI is investigating this danger to our national security.

The current activity is especially concerning in light of Senator Charles Grassley’s comments, which were made in an ABC interview in 2013. In this interview, the senator expressed misgivings about the EB-5 program and raised questions like mine, questions about the possibility that the EB-5 program could bring into this country individuals who may actively seek ways to destroy us.
