Who ever her ISP is they were in on it. They had to know the SOS Clinton was setting up private email/server. No way they didn’t know.

“clintonmail.com” is the server? I understand that if she sent an email to me, I would have it and she could not remove it, but what if Blumenthal, and her other staff were also on the server with email addresses that ended in “clintonmail.com” and they were NOT to download the emails to their computers but to leave them on the server, then she could theoretically be able to delete all the emails on the server, correct?

My emails are on comcast, but I NEVER download them to my computer, I read, delete them on the server. I’ve done it this way for over 10 years. That way I’m not cluttering up my computer with emails.

When you say ethics standard what do you mean? That someone provided the server to Clinton free of charge? How could that be?

“and they were NOT to download the emails to their computers but to leave them on the server, then she could theoretically be able to delete all the emails on the server, correct?”

Theoretically, but totally practical in this case. She did not have a government email address. She used the private service email for all state department duties. Obviously, not all state department employees would have had a clintonemail.com address. But, she could have provided certain employees an address if she wanted to cover their actions.

“When you say ethics standard what do you mean? That someone provided the server to Clinton free of charge? How could that be?”

No, that Clinton provided the server and the email service to the state department free of charge. No one, not even a government employee, can provide something of value to the federal government with receiving fair value in return.

There are exceptions for very minor things. For example, you can give a government employee a cup of coffee at a meeting without charging for it. And, no, you cannot buy him dinner.

Who was her ISP that allowed this to happen?

Let’s see those emails, with the headers intact showing sequential message IDs.

“When you say ethics standard what do you mean? That someone provided the server to Clinton free of charge? How could that be?”

Are you familiar the big deal scandals of the Bill Clinton administration?

There were various allegations of wrong doing by Hillary concerning a real estate venture in Arkansas while Bill was governor there. Hillary claimed she couldn’t remember ever working on the venture. Investigators wanted her billing records to see how much work she did do. The billing records were no where to be found despite exhaustive searches. Then, one day, surprise, they miraculously appeared on a table in the family quarters in the White House and no one knew a thing about how they got there or where they had been or how they got from Arkansas to the White House.

This sounds suspiciously like those billing records.

There is no way she can’t escape felony charges on this.

The threat of "felonies" is how the Managerial State controls the peasants.

We're peasants. Hillary! is a Manager.

Ain't gonna happen.

If they snagged a general on this, her many more counts need to be punished equally.

How can you say she provided a server to the gov’t? She provided the server to herself and maybe her staff.

“How can you say she provided a server to the gov’t? She provided the server to herself and maybe her staff.”

She never had an official state department address. All of her official state department email was handled on the server located at her residence. She bought it, she maintained it, all at her expense. When she used it, exclusively, for her official business, she provided a service to the government which the government did not pay for.

Very good.

Now we see how easy it is for liberals to not understand what original intent means.

“Won’t she maintain that she didn’t use it for gov’t business?”

It’s already been established that she did use it for government business. In fact, it’s been established that she did not have a government email account. She established this server to be her exclusive government email account and she did it so she could control access to her emails.

Supposedly, her personal aides have scoured this private server and determined which of the emails would be provided to state for retention. IOW, her aides had the opportunity to hold back any politically damaging emails. This is so typical Clinton.
