Havent we been here before? Nader Ali Sabouri Haghighi, an Iranian National, obtained an FAA-issued pilots license and flight instructor certificate using an American pilots stolen identification. The illegally obtained credentials would not only have allowed him to fly American aircraft, but to train others to fly planes inside the United States.
Haghighis plot was similar to the type of planning that led to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. After an international chase spanning most of the globe, Haghighi was apprehended, tried, and found guilty. He was then given a mere 27 months in federal prison.
It seems this Iranian a citizen of a known terrorist state and major player in international jihad was given a remarkably light sentence for a crime that appears to be a serious breach of national security .. this case is just one more U.S. concession to Irans nuclear program negotiators. He wondered if the light sentence was evidence of a softening of our justice system in order to appease the Iranian government.
...
Haghighi also admitted that he used the ID theft victims information to access the Airman Services Records System, a secure database used by FAA officials to monitor and regulate persons authorized to fly aircraft.
...
This is why we have so many terrorists returning to international jihad, said terrorism expert Joseph Loa. This Iranian between 2012 and 2014 two years was arrested and charged in two countries, but ended up back in Iran. Now hell probably serve a year or two and will be out and still able to fly and manipulate the system. And who knows what else.

I’m sure Obie can work some reparations for him into his non-binding nuke deal.
Good think the Iraninuts won’t ever have a nuke.
Another Iranian buddy of Kerry and Emir Obozo.
If I get around to those flying lessons this summer, I’ll make a mental note to check the paperwork.
My mental note will be where are the landing instructions.
I KNEW that mail-order pilot’s license offer was too good to be true...
Hey, I got my pilots license from a pilot mill owned by Samir’, an Egyptian who started a pilot school in
Fort Pierce, Fl at about this time.
