They should simply give her an up or down vote (she should not have made it out of committee, though). Tying this vote to some other bill is dumb, but that's the GOP for you. McConnell is just trying to make it look like he is being clever here, but in the end, he'll cave like he always does (and probably intended to do). What harry said, they’ll take abortion out of the Trafficking Bill just what harry and the democrats want pass it, then approve lynch. Simple no problems just cave and give the democrats what they want. After all republicans must get this minor stuff out of the way so they can hurry up and cave on the budget and credit resolution.
