Better do some homework. Articulate but not a true conservative, just better than the other RINOs. Cruz is heads above Perry. To put it colloquially “Perry is all hat and no cattle”.
Perry is a REAL Texan, the place where mens-men ride horses and smoke Winchesters.
Cruz was born in Canada and they are all sissies up there.

If we could make Obolacare apply to both houses of congress and their staffs and all gubmint employees it would be repealed before you could say QUICK!
Most of the original Texans who fought against Mexico were not from Texas. I do not argue with needing a cowboy. Remember Rick was a democrat not too long ago. He may have switched sides, but he still has a few ideas that are not true conservatism.
Like I said I choose him before all the others except Palin and Cruz.
If he tried to repel it when he was not enrolled, they would call him a hypocrite. Now he has skin in the game.
I still cant wait to watch Rick Perry kick Ted's butt in a debate.

I like Rick Perry, but there is no way he would outshine Cruz in a debate.

With wife not working, he gets his family's insurance from his .gov employer.
If you think Perry can out-debate Cruz, you HAVE been drinking.
Don’t get me wrong, I like Rick Perry. I just think you are vastly underestimating Cruz’s debating skills. Perry hasn’t argued nine cases before the Supreme Court as Cruz has.
If Perry doesn’t get out of his current legal problems pretty quickly, he may not even be on the stage.
Time will tell. I’m looking forward to the first debate in August.

AFAIK federal critters have two plans to choose from.
Either the Cadillac private company insurance plan -or- the Obamacare plan.

Yeah or the unions or the other liberal constituents who have been given waivers until the pain is tolerable. They have known all along how rotten this is and they only afflict their enemies with it at first.
