They are also using Alinsky's rules to the hilt:

* RULE 1: “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.”

* RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.”

* RULE 9: “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”

* RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”

There is a third. Using the wedge of the tax code's special treatment of marriage status and how Social Security does the same.

When you have an "equal treatment" specification in the founding documents and then over the years you start giving out goodies based solely on if you are married etc. You have served up a legal "fat pitch" to any group not included in the goodie give-away who are seeking equal treatment.

That is the real danger of ANY form of "social engineering" by the FEDGOV.
