‘Are You Muslim or Christian? Death to Christians!’

Muslim wholesale slaughter of Christians struck again on April 2 in Kenya. Gunmen from the Somali Islamic group, Al Shabaabthe youthstormed Garissa University, singled out Christian students, and murdered them, some beheaded. A total of 147 people were killed in the attackmaking this jihad more spectacular than the 2013 Al Shabaab attack on a Nairobi mall, which left 67 people dead (then, Islamic gunmen also singled out Christians for slaughter).
According to eyewitnesses present at Garissa University, the Islamic gunmen were careful to separate Christians from Muslims before they began the carnage of the former. After all, although Kenya is 83% Christian, it is approximately 11% Muslim. Joel Ayora, who survived the attack, said gunmen burst into a Christian service, seized worshippers, and then proceeded to the hostels, shooting anybody they came across except their fellows, the Muslims.
Collins Wetangula, vice chairman of the student union, said he could hear from inside his room where he was hiding the gunmen opening doors and inquiring if the people inside were Muslims or Christians: If you were a Christian you were shot on the spot. With each blast of the gun I thought I was going to die.
The fact that Christians were singled out and slaughtered has received little attention in the mainstream media: most mention it, but only towards the very bottom as an incidental, peripheral matter of little significance (see for example the BBCs minimal treatment near the bottom of its report); others portray it as a new tactic or phenomenon.
In fact, Al Shabaab has a long history of singling Christians out from among Muslims for slaughter. The following are just a few examples from Kenya that took place in the last few months, most never reported on any mainstream media:
December 2, 2014: Al Shabaab gunmen launched an early morning raid on quarry workers sleeping in their worksite tents near the city of Mandera, along the Somali border. Christians and Muslims were separated before the Christians, thirty-six of them, were beheaded or shot dead.
November 22, 2014: Al Shabaab attacked a bus and massacred 28 of its Christian passengers. Again, Muslim passengers were separated and left unharmed.
August 24, 2014: Al Shabaab abducted a group of traders near the island of Lamu. The militants eventually released three of them, because they were Muslims, but beheaded the fourth, a Christian.
June 15, 2014: Approximately 50 militants from Al Shabaab went on a killing spree in Mpeketoni, a predominantly Christian town on Kenyas coast. They chanted Allahu Akbar, killed whoever could not recite verses from the Koran, and went door-to-door asking residents their religion, killing those who answered Christian. More than 57 people were killed, including six children of church pastors.
The only time in Kenya that Muslim jihadis do not inquire about the religious identity of their potential victims is when they attack churchessuch as when they set fire to Covenant Church and roasted Christians alive (they destroyed a Catholic church on the same night); or when two heavily armed jihadis entered the Joy in Jesus Church in Monbasa during Sunday service and sprayed the congregation with bullets, killing at least seven Christians; or when youths, in the words of Reuters, threw petrol bombs at two Kenyan churches on Christmas day.
The logic is that whoever is inside a churchvisiting Muslim or practicing Christian, man, woman, or childdeserves death without question.
Separating Muslims from infidels and releasing the former occurs with great frequency during jihadi attacks and is hardly limited to Al Shabaabs incursions in Kenya (inasmuch as it is good to kill an infidel, it is bad to kill a fellow Muslim, according to Islamic law).
Some of the 21 Coptic Christians who were beheaded last February in Libya were abducted in similar fashion. On January 3, around 2:30 a.m., masked men burst into a housing complex in Sirte, Libya. They went room to room checking ID cards to separate Muslims from Christians, handcuffed the latter and rode off with them. According to Hanna Aziz, a Copt who was concealed in his room when the other Christians were seized in Libya, While checking IDs, Muslims were left aside while Christians were grabbed . I heard my friends screaming but they were quickly shushed at gunpoint. After that, we heard nothing.
Last October 2012 in Nigeria, Boko Haram Islamic jihadis stormed the Federal Polytechnic College, separated the Christian students from the Muslim students, addressed each victim by name, questioned them, and then proceeded to shoot them or slit their throat, killing up to 30 Christians.
This is the jihad on Christians that is raging all around the world wherever Muslims make for sizable populationsthe jihad that will eventually go viral in the West according to Islams unwavering Rule of Numbers.
Jihadis need to be exterminated.
Neither.

Just another culture, cultures are all the same, must be respected. Has anyone from the media asked them if they'd cater a gay wedding?
Oops, I forgot, Kenya. Male to male copulation, 14-21 years in the slammer. Female to female, unclear as to the crime, but no wedding.
Oh well, hope the President discusses that when he's there, it's as important as slaughtering Christians. More important as a campaign issue.
think obama will mention this in his Easter address to Christians?
oh wait
What Easter adddress
They’ll shoot you, too.
Islam: the religion of peace! (Sarc)
The crucifix captures forever Christ’s last moment of humanity among us, and his ultimate sacrifice. I find it beautiful (not a Catholic here)
Crucifix or empty cross, either way is an enduring symbol but only a symbol, and a common one at that
This will be the top story on NBC, CBS, ABC and CNN all day today.
Just not in this universe.
He mentions Easter in his weekly address. I doubt he’ll mention it. Recall that through his strong support for his cousin, former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, he’s supported sharia in Kenya.
I’ve seen coverage, they just don’t mention the killers are Islamic terrorists or the victims students. Just another school shooting.
We must pray that God raises up leader in this nation and around the world. We simply must beseech God that He would pour out His Spirit upon His faithful — NOW!
Right now there is absolutely no leadership, no voice anywhere, and Islam, the American Left, and the rest of Satan’s minions seem to have free roam of the planet right now.
It is time for true Christians to really and truly stop being half-hearted and get on your knees and pour out your heart to God for your spiritual growth and that He would pour out His Spirit upon you and fellow believers.
Yeah, this is still occurring in remote lands, but the evil footsteps are growing louder on American soil.
I have looked for his Easter address to Christians for the past couple of years and haven’t seen it, but can go back and read those issued by GWB and previous Presidents. All Obama mentions is the WH Easter egg roll
when obama deigns to issue a Presidential message to a group on their holiday such as he does for the Jewish holidays he makes it a lecture about their duty and moral equivalence
Except for Nowruz of course
Wonder what golf course the prez will play on Easter Sunday
For the first time in my life, I am beginning to understand why so many Christians in the time of Diocletian clamored for martyrdom. For all of the troubles in my life, there is something inherently unjust about my sitting in an air-conditioned Florida home office, looking out over a peaceful back yard, while my brothers and sisters in Christ are being brutally martyred around the world. When the gun is pointed at my chest, may God grant the courage to stand with Him in my dying breath.
What if they answer “Catholic”?
There are prophetic voices--two that immediately come to mind are Franklin Graham and Kim Clement, though there are many others--but our King Saul stopped listening to his Samuels a very long time ago, and the only thing that will change that is a Mt. Gilboa and a David taking his place. Thank God that Israel already has its David, Netanyahu; each day that passes is one day closer to our David's time.
Politicians are still spouting the nonsense that Islam is the Religion of Peace.
Some do it because they are fools.
Others, like Barack Obama, do it because they are allied with Islam.
All the nations where Islam rules were once non-muslim.
It wasn’t peaceful conversion that brought about the change.
Nations become largely, or majority, muslim by muslims killing non-muslims, forcing them to convert to Islam, or running them off.
It is still happening right before our eyes on the nightly news. Thousands of Christians are being slaughtered by muslims and the world turns a blind eye to the genocide.
America, and our Black president who claims Kenyan ancestry, gets more upset when one black criminal thug is shot while attacking a policeman than when 150 black Kenyan Christians are slaughtered by muslims because of their faith.
If that doesn’t illuminate his top priority for his followers nothing will.
Where are the outcries from “moderate muslims” at these atrocities?
This is another Hitler style genocide in progress and the world goes “Ho-hum” again.
Forget about bs with Islam being a religion of peace or the terrorists representing a small minority of Islam. Some people on the DailyKos will insist that the terrorists aren’t even followers of Islam. They claim that the terrorists really just follow a “philosophy” called “Islamism” that is so different from Islam it can’t even be called Islam. Just go on Dailykos and do a search of the term Islamist. However, I can’t imagine the Kos posters claiming that the KKK, Nazis etc. didn’t follow Christianity but merely followed a “philosophy” called “Christianism.”
Yeah, maybe it will be in a parallel universe where there’s no bs about Islam as the religion of peace.
