Just another culture, cultures are all the same, must be respected. Has anyone from the media asked them if they'd cater a gay wedding?

Oops, I forgot, Kenya. Male to male copulation, 14-21 years in the slammer. Female to female, unclear as to the crime, but no wedding.

Oh well, hope the President discusses that when he's there, it's as important as slaughtering Christians. More important as a campaign issue.

The crucifix captures forever Christ’s last moment of humanity among us, and his ultimate sacrifice. I find it beautiful (not a Catholic here)

Crucifix or empty cross, either way is an enduring symbol but only a symbol, and a common one at that

We must pray that God raises up leader in this nation and around the world. We simply must beseech God that He would pour out His Spirit upon His faithful — NOW!

Right now there is absolutely no leadership, no voice anywhere, and Islam, the American Left, and the rest of Satan’s minions seem to have free roam of the planet right now.

It is time for true Christians to really and truly stop being half-hearted and get on your knees and pour out your heart to God for your spiritual growth and that He would pour out His Spirit upon you and fellow believers.

Yeah, this is still occurring in remote lands, but the evil footsteps are growing louder on American soil.

For the first time in my life, I am beginning to understand why so many Christians in the time of Diocletian clamored for martyrdom. For all of the troubles in my life, there is something inherently unjust about my sitting in an air-conditioned Florida home office, looking out over a peaceful back yard, while my brothers and sisters in Christ are being brutally martyred around the world. When the gun is pointed at my chest, may God grant the courage to stand with Him in my dying breath.

Politicians are still spouting the nonsense that Islam is the Religion of Peace.

Some do it because they are fools.
Others, like Barack Obama, do it because they are allied with Islam.

All the nations where Islam rules were once non-muslim.
It wasn’t peaceful conversion that brought about the change.

Nations become largely, or majority, muslim by muslims killing non-muslims, forcing them to convert to Islam, or running them off.

It is still happening right before our eyes on the nightly news. Thousands of Christians are being slaughtered by muslims and the world turns a blind eye to the genocide.

America, and our Black president who claims Kenyan ancestry, gets more upset when one black criminal thug is shot while attacking a policeman than when 150 black Kenyan Christians are slaughtered by muslims because of their faith.

If that doesn’t illuminate his top priority for his followers nothing will.

Where are the outcries from “moderate muslims” at these atrocities?

This is another Hitler style genocide in progress and the world goes “Ho-hum” again.

Forget about bs with Islam being a religion of peace or the terrorists representing a small minority of Islam. Some people on the DailyKos will insist that the terrorists aren’t even followers of Islam. They claim that the terrorists really just follow a “philosophy” called “Islamism” that is so different from Islam it can’t even be called Islam. Just go on Dailykos and do a search of the term Islamist. However, I can’t imagine the Kos posters claiming that the KKK, Nazis etc. didn’t follow Christianity but merely followed a “philosophy” called “Christianism.”

Dead silence from the White House? Time for Kenya to join the nations battling muslim murderers across the region. Someone has to do it.

When it comes right down to it, Mohammed and Jesus are at odds and cannot be reconciled.

If both religions or the philosophies that govern them emanated from the same God then peace could be reached or the two leading prophets of our times would find common ground.

The precise problem is that both prophets have been elevated above God, both claiming to be one as God but both different.

Only a restoration of belief in the simple pre-Jesus and pre-Mohammed GOD would suffice but then religion organized by man to be followed by men would lose their hold on mankind.

Follow God without those prophets and you will be at peace. You can read the Law and know both how to live and what you are personally responsible to God.

Man cannot require a prophet to intercede his behalf absolving himself of personal responsibility to God. Man is not lost or in need of being saved on Earth – the Devil is in those details that let the mind operate in the GREY area thus allowing Man to determine RIGHT and WRONG or GOOD and EVIL.

If one strips away the arguments, both of, and between Prophets, and simply focuses on a personal relationship with God (or without God) it boils down to worshiping simply God, following simply God’s word.

I am eternally grateful for a man called Jesus who came to give the word of his God to the Gentiles. Worshiping the God of the Jewish People was the light or the way, and not the man who spread His word.

If in fact the Jewish God has made Jesus a prophet among men he should be worshiped in the true tradition of those Biblical prophets before him, but even more to the point God could not have ordained a prophet named Mohammed based on the Holy Koran.

Without the Christians, today the Jewish may be no more than a historical artifact along with the do-do bird or dinosaurs. Without those who practice Mohammed’s teachings there would not be eternal war between men representing two distinct Gods.

Neither prophet’s followers allow dissent to believe in only the Jewish God, thus both set philosophically forever their followers against God’s People the Jews and in practice make it unacceptable to be outside their organizations run by Man – it is this quandary that in itself allows those who only follow God before these two prophets of our time to be personally responsible to no man but to God Himself, standing alone to be judged. A Man that worships God knows what God requires from the Torah and clarification by examples of the Jewish history - Man does not need another Man to share or add a requirement to Worship.

I choose God and am at peace with Him - after two years in Israel I have found adding prophets as a requirement to worship Him simply a license to steal at every level or twist of human interaction.

The Crusaders had the right idea. They just didn’t follow through.
