43 California judges were reprimanded for misconduct last year

Two judges had sex with women in their chambers, one with his former law students, the other with his court clerk..

A traffic court judge delegated his job to his clerk. While the judge was in chambers, the clerk heard pleas and imposed sentences.

A family law court judge excoriated two parents who appeared before him as "rotten" and the mother a "train wreck" and a "liar."

The judges, among 43 disciplined last year by California's Commission on Judicial Performance, received rebukes ranging from public censure or admonishment to a confidential "advisory" letter. The state watchdog agency documented the transgressions in an annual report that provides a behind-the-scenes look at errant behavior on the bench and how it is addressed.

And I’ll bet virtually all of them are Democrats.

Possibly, but I’m not seeing what exactly is wrong with some of the things that they did. So, one of them called persons whom he/she was to judge, rotten/train wrecks/liars. So, he/she is a judge, and those persons were before the judge. What if they actually were rotten/train wrecks/liars?

Should be 42 seats open on the bench. Put a stop to these shennanighans, post haste.

I’d give a pass to the judge that called the lady a “train wreck”. I think THAT was a good call.

What? Didn’t meet their quota for assisting in the prosecution Christian bakers and photographers?

These judges think they have a teacher’s union?

If someone else had sex in the chamber, they would go to jail.

So many judges believe they’re above the law.

Nah; my all-time favorite California jurist is Judge Walker, the infamous “what difference could there be that he’s openly gay” jurist who coincidentally overrode the majority of Californians who voted for a constitutional amendment that marriage is only between one man and one women.

Like there was any chance in hell that he would have ever done anything different than push his own perverted agenda!

What a crock.

Most people just don’t get it. The majority of these activist “judges” are homos, lesbos, pedophiles and other sexual deviant freaks. When they aren’t sticking it to decent people, they usually can be found pondering their genitals or somebody else’s genitals.

I was expecting it to say that they were caught voting Republican.

I mean, it IS California we're talking about.

Interesting point made that if a judge turns activist and rules based on that activism, they are protected from the complaint process.

In my case, in a motion for summary judgment I was defending, the judge went activist for the banksters I was battling. The appellate judge(s) made up an argument not presented in the lower court that was unsupported by the banksters at the hearing. This was likely due to the lack of facts (in a summary judgment requiring hard evidence) to support the argument.

The Kalifornia Suckpreme Kourt replied ‘review denied’ when presented with this behavior. The Commission of Judicial Iniquitousness blew it off as a ‘ruling’.
