I don't think any court would like a religion taking on legal liberties for themselves.
Advice is one thing, but sharia law isn't advice, it kills and that cannot be changed.

The Sharia Law judges say they only deal with civil cases in the community, helping settle issues ranging from business disputes to divorce.

That pretty much covers everything except criminal. Of course if there is fraud in a biz dispute they'll just handle that too and saw their heads off out back.
