Baltimore Dispatch just gave the 40 minute warning. Sounds like they are really serious about enforcing a FULL curfew.
All the thugs are waiting for is any interaction at all with a police officer....then boom!
Fox news is describing Baltimore as a black run city. Black mayor, police chief, majority of city councel/officers are black, yet the black community still act like fools.
The guy that died was a criminal. Not just one, two or three runins with law, but a dozen or more.
