MARK LEVIN: BOEHNER’S RETALIATION AGAINST CONSERVATIVES MEANS OPEN WARFARE, TIME TO TAKE HIM DOWN
Breitbart ^ | June 20, 2015 | by MATTHEW BOYLE

Posted on 06/20/2015 9:29:16 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

It’s time for conservatives to take out House Speaker Rep. John Boehner (R-OH)35% and all of his comrades in primaries, nationally syndicated radio host, New York Times bestselling author, and conservative movement thought leader Mark Levin argues in an exclusive comment to Breitbart News.

Levin’s comments come after Boehner’s retaliation against conservatives hit a new low this weekend, with a report from Politico about how House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform chairman Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT)80% —playing along with Boehner’s scheme to attack Republicans for voting their conscience—removed Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC)96% as the chairman of a subcommittee on his full committee. Levin even compared Boehner to 20th century Communist Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin and how he cleansed his government of all dissent.

“Speaker Boehner’s and Congressman Chaffetz’s removal of Meadows is the latest in a series of ideologically-driven attacks on conservatives. Boehner seems to think he’s Stalin cleaning out all opposition in the Kremlin,” Levin said. “No Republican Speaker in recent times has behaved with less integrity in his wielding of power.”

Levin said that Boehner, House Majority Leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA)45% , and Majority Whip Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA)74% —and more—each need to be removed by Republicans across the country in primaries in 2016. He says this is because the leadership has failed to learn the proper lessons from the astronomical defeat of now former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor in 2014 in a primary against now Rep. Dave Brat (R-VA), the first time in U.S. history a sitting House Majority Leader was defeated in a primary. The position of majority leader was created in the late 1800s, so that means this never happened for more than a century—and Levin is calling out GOP leadership for failing to learn from the unprecedented event.

Levin is always 1” from breaking from the GOP.

But he never has. And I’m guessing he never will.

I keep wondering what kind of doctored blackmail fuel ObamaJarrett has on boner.

If this bum actually believes he’s helping our country in any way, he’s delusional.

{snicker}

Seriously, Mark?

Bachmann, et. al. tried in 2012 and didn’t/couldn’t.

Others tried in 2014 and didn’t/couldn’t.

With all of the so-called Tea Party conservatives in the House, there are only a handful that have any backbone. The other just fold and go along with the crowd.

Vote in Republicans is not working. It didn’t work in the early days of this new century under Hastert, Frist and Lott, and it isn’t working under Boehner and McConnell.

It is going to take more a new Republican Party, but if another progressive gets elected president, it may be too late.

Go after all of the RINOs, not just the leadership. force all of them to run in primaries. But for peat’s sake, vet the people so we don’t get any more Angle’s, Akin’s and O’Donnell’s. The Conservative “Brand,” can’t take the kind of bad press these morons brought with them.

Personally, I'm not overly worked up about this. It's all politics to me. Once you vote ‘em in, they can do anything they want, especially within parties. The only bullet in our gun is to vote ‘em out next time.

There's the rub. Most people hate congress and congressmen in general, but like their Senators and Reps in particular. I like my Rep, Cynthia Lummis, but she's part of a party, so plays by their rules. In this case, the machinery gave her the whip post, then took it away.

John Boehner strikes me as someone who is very sincere and capable, but nonetheless crippled by his own insecurities. I don’t know what he is insecure about, but my bet is Pelosi and Obama know exactly, and they play him like an out of tune fiddle. When Boehner began as speaker, he cried about every little thing. Where did all that anxiety go? I wonder if he has had hypnotherapy to keep those heavy, heavy buckets of tears from rolling down his face every six minutes. I wonder if Boehner was recorded or filmed while making a complete, pitiful crying fool of himself, or overreacting to some one who dared bring it up.

There was plenty of conservative rumbling against Lindsay Graham in his last election, but he was canny and cynical enough to outflank his opposition. Boehner will be just as canny and cynical. This is a steep uphill battle, and a few bucks thrown to opposition candidates won’t work.

Boehner has access to plenty of deep pocketed donors to draw upon and his district has to have enough dissatisfied Boehner voters to vote for a different candidate. Boehner also has access to all the strings to pull for pork coming back to his district, strings I’m sure he will be happy to tug at if a credible opposition candidate appears. Threats of federal funds being cut off can keep candidates from entering, halt major funders from support, and scare the voters who depend on those pork-funded jobs.

I don’t disagree with the aim, I just question with the feasability in the near term. On one hand, every dollar Boehner supporters spend on defending him in a primary is a dollar they aren’t spending elsewhere to defend weaker Boehner supporters in congress, but in the same track every dollar spent by conservatives in pusuit of a hard target is not spent elsewhere, and our base is smaller.

Straw that broke the camel’s back.

It is indeed time to take him down. He’s as dangerous if not more than Obama. Evidence of that is the pork laden trillion dollar thousand page CRomnibus funding executive amnesty shoved down everyone’s throat DURING A LAME-DUCK SESSION!

FUJB!

But he never has. And I’m guessing he never will.

I use to listen to Levin most days. He had a caller last fall make a suggestion to vote for the RAT over Boehner.

Levin said he would never do that and essentially hung up on the caller.

Levin is fantastic Conservative but he does not possess a Warrior mindset.

I would like to ask Levin if now he would advocate voting for a RAT over the evil Boehner.

He still would give the same idiotic response.

P.S. I know it's all mute because the evil Boehner is in a completely safe district.
