The conduct that the letter describes isn't "illegal" in the sense of running afoul of any statute either. Assuming for the sake of argument that a claim of defamation dose lie, the conduct is technically "tortious," not "illegal."
Got any evidence about who got those nine people killed?
Seems the charges for most/all arrested amount to “associating with outlaw biker scum because you’re a biker.”
press releases that claimed that average American Motorcycle Riders are gang members with alleged criminal organization connections and were meeting at Twin Peaks to engage in a war over territory and recruitment. These allegations were released publicly with you having full knowledge of, or should have had full knowledge of the scheduled COCI political meeting these motorcycle riders were attending.No quotes of police statements. Do you need help finding those?
