>>> The southwest regional coordinator for the 2 Million Bikers to D.C. group told Breitbart Texas, “I know there are three facts in the Waco shooting: (a) law enforcement engaged in a military attack on civilians; (b) they justified it by claiming they were protecting the community; and (c) they are withholding all evidence that could substantiate their claims.” <<<

Interesting phrase there “(c) they [law enforcement] are withholding all evidence that could substantiate their claims.

The constant ‘show the videos: show the truth’ call is now ‘prove your claims.’ Love the transistion!

What a joke. They want to associate themselves with these outlaw biker scum that got nine people killed, but they don’t want to be defamed? They are defaming themselves!

Right! Peaceable assembly is potentially a subversive activity. Your Masters will be letting you know who you will and will not assemble with.

What a joke.

The Bandido's bitches need to prove their worth by whining.

article is poorly written. it’s long on 2MB2DC’s letters, but short on rationale - what slander was committed by the waco people? examples? quotes?

I view the letter as a political tool. It will put political pressure on the PTB. There is no such thing as defaming a group as amorphous as "bikers," even a group as identifiable as say, for example, the Bandidos or the Cossacks. Defamation is an individualized tort.

The conduct that the letter describes isn't "illegal" in the sense of running afoul of any statute either. Assuming for the sake of argument that a claim of defamation dose lie, the conduct is technically "tortious," not "illegal."

Got any evidence about who got those nine people killed?

Seems the charges for most/all arrested amount to “associating with outlaw biker scum because you’re a biker.”

The letter generally cites press releases and public statements. Those are easy enough to find. The specific allegations made by the authorities identified at least two motorcycle clubs as criminal organizations, and said that the clubs intended to use the meeting at Twin Peaks as an opportunity to perpetrate violence.

press releases that claimed that average American Motorcycle Riders are gang members with alleged criminal organization connections and were meeting at Twin Peaks to engage in a war over territory and recruitment. These allegations were released publicly with you having full knowledge of, or should have had full knowledge of the scheduled COCI political meeting these motorcycle riders were attending.
No quotes of police statements. Do you need help finding those?

“Peaceable assembly is potentially a subversive activity.”

A massive gang fight that leaves nine people dead ≠ peaceable assembly. Duh.

It kind of reminds me of the 2002 Nevada peaceable biker-gang assembly that left three dead.

You are completely ignoring any facts. Why?

What facts did I ignore? There was not a massive fight between several criminal gangs? Nine people did not die?

Wonder why we haven't seem videos of the massiveness? Wonder why people were diving for cover and scrambling for hiding places instead of getting in on the massiveness?

“Wonder why we haven’t seem videos of the massiveness?”

Did you doubt the Columbine shooting happened too because the videos weren’t released until years later?

“Wonder why people were diving for cover and scrambling for hiding places instead of getting in on the massiveness?”

That’s a pretty typical reaction when a fistfight turns into a gunfight.
