When your leaders worship Satan in this day and age coincidences like this just seem to happen more often. I’ve noticed many evildoers have what I refer to as gypsy luck where it seems like they are protected by a Satanic force: Things like leaving a place immediately before they were about to be captured, police officer gets a call to go to another emergency right before before he is about to stop someone carrying contraband, they get alerted to an ongoing investigation about their activities because they happen to be in the right place at the right time and overhear someone talking about them, etc...things like that.

Of course, the Van Allen Belts had been studied in the 80s as possible mechanisms for directed energy weapons. This made the Antarctic a strategic location as whoever controlled the Antarctic, controlled the EM spectrum throughout the planet. Hence lighting bolts are only one such controlling weapon. BWUHAAHAAHAHAAAAAA.....
