I am actually a Ted Cruz Supporter and Contributor.
I merely get on these hate Trump Threads to add my opinions of where he stands next to the other Republicans. I am amazed that he getting trashed more than The Jebster who even I, an advocate of the Levin Doctrine would be very leery of Voting for in the General Election.
Trump says he identifies on some issues as a Democrat, while half of his Republican opponents don’t just say it, they continue to act like Democrats, even while in Elected Office.
Gramnesty and La Raza Rick come to mind, but there are more.
Mrs. KC is the Trump supporter in this Household at the moment. Until now, she was Apolitical like many of her Family and some of our Friends. My Ted Cruz praise was left on uninterested ears. Trump has changed that dynamic.
You don’t support Trump and at this moment neither do I, but I could live with a Cruz / Trump Ticket if that’s what it came down to. It’s a long process, and in Politics change is instantaneous.
There is no worshipping going on here, so get that ridiculous thought out of your head. No need to make this a personal issue.

Without Trump, he would end up being the Republican Nominee with hardly a whimper of opposition, shudder. Good or Bad, Trump has given the rest of the field some elbow room and they will either capitalize on it or fail.
I personally think that either Senator Cruz and / or Carly Fiorina will ascend because Trump made it possible.

You’re arguing for Trump just the way everyone else does when confronted with the truth about him. You say, “Well, he’s no worse than Republicans/Obama/Hillary” or whatever. You do realize that’s no argument at all, right?
No personal offense to you or your wife, but if someone can’t find any interest in the most solid Constitutional conservative since Reagan-—possibly even better than Reagan-—but is swayed by some reality-show celebrity, well...I don’t find that a positive development. At all.
If you don’t think there’s worshipping going on, you should get out and around the forum more. I’ve heard it said there’s no future without Trump, he’s the savior of the nation, etc.
If Ted Cruz ascends, it will be through his own merits and his history of fighting for the Constitution. No bloviating celebrity will own the credit.
BTW, nice false dichotomy you’re pushing when you imply one must be opposed to Trump OR Bush.
