Normally, there would be Senate hearings....some people brought up to a special prosecutor, and a couple of folks going off to prison.

I don’t see that. The Republicans are happy that the Tea Party folks are neutered.

I would suggest that it’s basically time to fire IRS, do a simple flat-tax, and maybe send a dozen senators home who won’t support the idea of wrapping up the IRS.

I can answer by nominee.

• Trump: He will have everyone involved in jail by nightfall of his inauguration, with large bails, charged with multiple felonies, and there will be no plea bargains allowed.

• Cruz: He will have most of the people involved in jail within a month of his inauguration, with moderate bails, charged with multiple felonies, but they will be allowed to plea bargain.

• Walker: He will have some of the people involved in jail within a year of his inauguration, with low bails, charged with a single felony, most likely plead out to misdemeanors.

• Rubio, Christie, Kasich, Huckabee: "What IRS malfeasance? I have no knowledge of that."

• Jeb Bush: He will call all those involved "courageous champions of liberty", award them all Presidential Medals of Freedom, give them large bonuses, and send them back to work at the IRS in the new "Tea Party Terrorist Task Force".

Yeah, exactly. To me, “mismanaged” means actions were not taken to accomplish the desired goals of all involved parties.

In this case, many specific actions WERE taken against a specific set of parties to achieve the goals of the few that considers said parties to be “enemies”. I remember Obama saying he’d “punish” his “enemies” (citizens that disagree with him). They knew he supported them without him ever having to say so.

Mismanaged = whitewash.
