Perry - not the worst candidate. But the sooner the lesser candidates drop out the better.

I think he’s been bought and sold, and is incapable of breaking out of the mold he’s been put on.

Proof includes his executive order to have all of the girls on Texas vaccinated with a specific name-brand vaccine.

Funny how people don’t like that sort of thing - politicians taking over the role of parent and doing so for money.

Yes, 15 years ago. You can and should go back many years when vetting a candidate.

Romney, like Trump, was pro-abortion and advocated for it as far back as 1994. But 17 years later in 2011 he said he had changed his mind or "evolved" on the issue. Romney was not to be believed and was rightly discounted in this forum for being pro-abort. I know I didn't trust him, and I don't to this day.

Trump favored abortion as recently as 2000, or just 11 years before he said he no longer did. Why should he be treated any differently?

Reviewing a candidate's history is an important part of the vetting process. My comparison above shows why.

"Stick a fork in'im. He's done."

He committed campaign suicide around July 18 ...

Rick Perry blasts Donald Trump's 'offensive' McCain remark ...

He demonstrated cowardice, piling on when it looked like the safe and easy thing to do. He demonstrated stupidity, dressing like a Northeastern liberal governor rather than a Texan. Does he even own a big hat and ride a horse?

America is looking for a strong cowboy. Not another Romney. What on Earth was he thinking?

It’s actually going to be kind of exciting watching the field narrow.

I was responding to a post about Bush.

The most important thing to keep saying about Bush is that he murdered Terri Schiavo. The second most important thing is that he’s from a criminal family. The third most important thing is that if he loses, the country is dead, and if he wins, the country is dead a little bit slower.
