Fox News knocks Trump over Megyn Kelly 'conspiracy theories'

Fox News responded with a sharply worded statement on Friday night.

"The conspiracy theories about Megyn Kelly's vacation rank up there with UFO's, the moon landing and Elvis being alive," a network spokeswoman said. "Megyn is on a pre-planned, annual summer vacation with her family, which is much deserved. To imply otherwise as Donald Trump and his campaign operatives have is not only wildly irresponsible, but downright bizarre."

The spokeswoman added, "Perhaps Mr. Trump thinks it's advantageous to his poll numbers to keep talking about Megyn, but that doesn't change the fact that Roger Ailes has fully supported her and her tough journalistic questioning since day one and is thrilled with the added exposure from the debate, which resulted in even higher ratings of 'The Kelly File' this week."

Kelly talked on Wednesday's program about how she hasn't had a real vacation for six months. She'll be back on August 24.

And who wouldn't take a sudden vacation starting Wednesday evening when they are the 'toast of the town' (not)?

As others have pointed out, this sudden exit is to mask her audience decline while they hope and pray OMG for things to blow over.

Whatever the truth may be about the vacation, Fox created this madness on purpose. The moderators bragged about how they worked together to write the offensive questions. They wanted to destroy Trump and now they’re paying a price for it.

We have several young relatives, male and females, from the midwest/southwest and west coast, who are front line and mid managers of skilled workers like electricians, mechanics, heavy duty equipment operators, and other skills.

These employees are hard working men and women with good skills and most have families and try to live and do things that are correct. Most of the guys hunt/fish and own guns.

Yet, most of these good people have been democrat voters.

Now our relatives are seeing and hearing a large shift of these good people supporting Trump,
