Trump now has done much research on this and speaking with the distinguished Senator Sessions has solidified his position.

Will he seal the border?
Any person with talking any plan without that is just hot air.

Deporting is fine; but without a sealed border nothing changes.
Many business leaders want an open border for cheap labor.

Yeah I just hope Trump will be able to overcome the mainstream media propaganda against him that Palin could not.

You don’t believe because we have been conditioned to never expect that the obvious solution is possible.

Trump deserves high marks for boldness and specificity.

It is impossible to over estimate his impact on this election process. He caught my attention with bombast, lost me a little in the debates, but is fighting his way back with substance and leadership.

That “free trade” baloney has just gutted the jobs and industry in this country. Republican party hacks need to understand this. Listen to Trump, he’ll explain it to you.

Goals without stating specific to achieve them is a meaningless exercise. Like having goals to fly to Jupiter.

Good question. Nick states he has no candidate, and trolls every Trump thread. Steelfish says he is for Cruz, but uses the GOPe buzzwords every time he talks about Trump.

All of the Trump haters do.

Even if “birthright citizenship” is not resolved, Trump has resolved the conundrum (riddle, for you lurking lefties) of “anchor babies”. Even if the anchor stays, the parents leave.
But whoa! you say. That’s so heartless, td you ruthless bass-turd!
I’ve sat through countless sentencing hearings. I’ve heard the argument made: “But, but what about my children if I have to go to prison?”
The judge gives that argument about as much respect as the old, “Yeah I know I killed my parents, but now I’m a orphan yer honor.”

The children will be fine. Who cares about the criminal parents? CHINs—children in need of services—gets involved. These kids are at risk because of their irresponsible parents, so they become wards of the court. We probably paid for their birthing costs, possibly pre-natal as well.
If the lefties gets involved, who knows—the Sangers might kill them, so they stay out of it also since they are accessories before and after the fact, aiding and abetting these aliens entering this country in violation of our immigration laws.

Adopt the kids out, if the parents don’t want to take them with.
Deport the parents. Increasing jail sentences for each time they are apprehended. The palabra is passed down: ‘Go the Estados Unidos, get caught—and ju will—you get tossed out.’

Problema solved.

Trump is the only one that said deport all illegals

What other politician is even saying the word deport much less putting out specifics on how to do it? None that I’ve seen.

Trump is the only hope. And there’s still a long way to go . Trump will answer everything.

Trump needs to show specifically how he plans to reverse all this. Simply saying he will command the tides to recede won’t do. That’s stuff for the illiterati. We need to know how?

I am not a fan of Trump for all manner of reasons, but this is a pretty specific plan he has released - and many of the components don't hinge on those court decisions you have outlined.

A big first step is keeping illegals from pouring in and he addresses this. Another huge step is deporting the illegals here and he speaks to that as well. Just a commitment to shutting down the border and deporting those here illegally will go a long way to reducing birthright citizenship, the drain on our medical services, the costs of educating non citizens, etc.

I criticize Trump all the time, but what other candidates are this bold and specific on the issue of immigration? Also, he even talks about how Mexico will pay the costs of the border wall. Something many of us, including myself, have chided him for not explaining how he would accomplish it. Well, he speaks of increasing fees on border crossing and Visa's among other things, so he is not relying on tariffs that are unlikely to make it through Congress.

I still support Cruz and think, in the end, he is far more conservative and electable than Trump, but this immigration plan is......well, fantastic. It's not just that I agree with it, it's that he isn't afraid to effectively say "yes, deport all illegals". Politicians have been afraid to say that for generations, and here is a guy willing to say it. Even if you don't like Trump, his willingness to touch this immigration 3rd rail might encourage other GOP candidates to do the same.

Pay attention - Trump is running on deporting, sealing, walls, HB1s, denying the US acquiescence of birthright citizenship for illegals.

The whole dang gamut.

And tomorrow?

I doubt I would consider you to run my company, or anything elese.

Your first shot out of the box is to tell me "IT CAN'T be ACCOMPLISHED because"

You're so used to having it shoved down your throat and accepted accepted it as well that it has now become your mantra.

I prefer to think that STRONG LEADERSHIP and a WILL to CHANGE can accomplish nearly anything.

Might encourage other politicians to say the same?

No politician has even said the word deport. And if any say it now are they just saying it now cause they saw that Trump is having success with it and to negate Trump? Yes.

It's too late. they've all had chance to say. if they say it not it's just for political expediency and we ‘ll see them for what they are trying to do.

Politicians don't say the things Trump is saying . Ask yourself why? Is it because politicians are beholden to big donors and lobbyists? Yes.

Can’t end birthright citizenship without a Constitutional Amendment and that ain’t happening.

Not true, it only require a different interpretation by the Court, or maybe the lazy do nothing congress can issue a clarification. The Court has al this power because Congress has let them take it.

Newt, bless his heart, outlined exactly how to do it in the last primary. Newt Destroys Megyn Kelly

The Congress can pass legislation interpreting the constitution as NOT having birth right citizenship to children of illegal aliens and deny the courts the ability to adjudicate it. As a matter of fact by statute Birth Right Citizenship is denied to children born in the U.S. to Diplomats and we can legislate that children of a non-citizen born here is not a citizen.

The lack of knowledge about the Constitution and the separation of powers is a primary problem with the entire government.

He’s trolling Rubio. He’s calling out the Chamber of Commerce. This is a game changer if Trump gets in. Teddy Roosevelt was the last Republican president who understood that when big corporations threaten our personal liberties and the constitutional process, they need to be reigned in. The big corporations want an open border, cheap labor living in squalor, and the freedom to move our jobs overseas with impunity.

Sealing could be done day one or day two of a new president taking office.
You could immediately have troops or Guard members start patrolling the borders; and seal it tightly and quickly.

No administration has done this (recently anyway); there is reason.
Very skeptical anyone would actually do this fairly simple thing.
