At the federal level, President Trump can immediately rescind President Obama’s illegal executive order to stop all deportations and Obama’s order to the Border Patrol to stand down and not enforce the law. He can also suspend EPA rules that interfere with construction of a fence/wall at the Mexican border. These are the easy parts.

Having to fight all these illegal actions by policy makers is the main task. The only practical way he can deal with it is to not deport the illegal immigrants themselves, but deprive them of the illegal benefits and subsidies they are receiving. The local politicians refuse to obey immigration law. He can only control federal enforcement.

Donald Trump has become the most popular Republican presidential candidate primarily for his anti-establishment posture against what is seen as a do-nothing Congress

I am so sick of that piece of propaganda. It's not because of a "do nothing Congress" it's a do plenty to screw the people Congress.

I pray Congress will slow down on its assault but they never do. They push through bill after bill to destroy this country. Not a do nothing Congress.

A Sensible Immigration Strategy
We already have one - the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
It provided amnesty for 3 million illegal immigrants in return for increased border security and penalties for companies "knowingly" hiring illegal immigrants.
Enforce it!

the Fourteenth Amendment’s stipulation that all born in the U.S. are automatically citizens also makes it difficult to deport them from the country, even if the Fourteenth Amendment was primarily directed toward making slaves and native Americans citizens.

One thing that a President Trump can do immediately...without Congress, the courts or anyone else’s permission or cooperation, is to enforce the laws already on the books. No President has done that since Ike left office!

Frankly all I need a president to do immediately is secure the border and enforce existing law.

Once those things are done we can move forward on new laws.

Stop the bleeding first and then heal the patient.

Obama's hand-picked henchman, Leon Rodriguez at United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is rubber- stamping felons and diseased illegals into the country.

Rodriguez also oversees the infamous EB-5 visa program. Under Obama/Rodrigues' purview---EB-5's are said to involve major threats to US national security:

NEED TO KNOW----ARE OBAMA/RODRIGUES/SALDANA SELLING US CITIZENSHIP TO:

<><> (a) MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS,

<><>(b) ISIS TERRORISTS,

<><> (c) FOREIGNERS SEEKING THE OVERTHROW OF THE US GOVT.

Rodriguez's confirmation hearings revealed he was a board member of Casa Maryland---a Third World pressure group pushing for unlimited immigration on behalf of foreign governments. Rodrigues also has connections to foreign pressure groups across the nation.

==================================================

REFERENCE Circa 2012, Sen Charles Grassley (Repub-Iowa) exposed the DHS-USCIS visa program--Sen Grassley said ICE identified key vulnerabilities in EB-5 visas:

1) Export of sensitive technology/economic espionage.

2) Use by foreign government agents/espionage.

3) Use by terrorists.

4) Investment fraud by regional center.

5) Investment fraud by investors.

6) Fraud conspiracies by investors and regional center.

7) Illicit finance/money laundering.

====================================================

HERE'S HOW OBAMA GAVE RODRIGUES (AND ICE'S SALDANA) UNCHECKED POWER OVER US CITIZENS: Obama's amnesty memos signed aboard AF-ONE last Nov. The memos "delegate" to federal agencies, and gave presidential orders to come up with "plans" (that advance the conspiracy to overthrow the US govt).

Saldana and Rodrigues' federal agencies then "invent" Committees to do this. Then "Administrative Rules," after a comment period, are published in the "Code of Federal Regulations," which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.

So obamba is shielded from responsibility---he doesn't have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells Saldana and Rodrigues what he wants.....and faster than you can say "the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce".....the overthrow of the US govt commences.

=====================================================

THE "DELEGATION" HORROR STORY--A Federal agency MO since 1946. It's down to a science: (1) publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), (2) make the comment period really short, (3) stonewall any negative comments, and, (4) publish the rule, which (5) NOW has the force of US law.

No Congressman was ever involved, and Obamba doesn't leave his DNA on it. "Delegation" is ominous for liberty---centers on the writing of administrative law by nefarious types like Saldana and Rodrigues at these federal agencies.

It is patently un-Constitutional (hat tip to FReeper Regulator).

The most important thing he can do is help the campaigns of House and Senate candidates who support his views.
That’s also the most important thing his supporters can do (also even his detractors!)

Some have pointed out that it is unrealistic for Trump to expect to be able to round up and deport the estimated 11.5 million illegal immigrants.

Try 40 million. That's closer to the real number.

A more interesting essay on government would be on what Congress can and can’t do. There has been so much bullcrap among conservatives about the Republican majority in Congress not fulfilling their promises.

So many folks think that all the Congress has to do is pass something by one vote and the law will take effect. What they forget is the tri-partite system of government where the President can veto any law and if the Congress can’t muster a 2/3 majority IN EACH HOUSE to override the veto, then the law won’t go into effect.

Then, assuming you get the 2/3 votes to override, the President can still exercise some discretionary power in the enforcement of the law. He runs the risk of impeachment, but as we have seen, that is a pretty small risk as even members of the opposite party are loath to remove a sitting President from office.

Nonsense. Deportation of illegal aliens is part of the law. It will always be part of our laws. There is no country on earth that doesn't have deportation as part of its legal system. Illegal aliens have committed multiple violations of our laws including ID theft, working illegally, fraudulent use of SSNs, tax evasion, lying on employment forms, etc. Of course we can deport them or put them in jail.

If an illegal is deported and comes back, he, under the current law, has committed a felony and can be jailed for 2 years and stopped from entering this country for 10 years.

Yes, we can make life very unconfortable for the lawbreakers and force them to leave. It is the alternative to mass deportation, which no one thinks is a rational approach. Attrition thru enforcement will work as long as we secure our borders and set up a system to track and deport visa overstays.

Some have pointed out that it is unrealistic for Trump to expect to be able to round up and deport the estimated 11.5 million illegal immigrants.

So liberals think it's impossible to round up and deport 11.5 million illegal immigrants, yet they think that finding and confiscating over 310 million firearms is a piece of cake.

It's getting harder and harder to not use pejorative adjectives when describing liberals.
