Democrat Voter Fraud: 21 States Have More Voters on the Rolls Than People Alive

Scores of counties have been put on notice about corrupted voter rolls.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has put 141 counties on notice across the United States that they have more registered voters than people alive. PILF has sent 141 statutory notice letters to county election officials in 21 states. The letters are a prerequisite to bringing a lawsuit against those counties under Section 8 of the federal National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

The letters inform the target counties that it appears they are violating the NVRA because they are not properly maintaining the voter rolls. The NVRA, (also known as Motor Voter) requires state and local election officials to properly maintain voter rolls and ensure that only eligible voters are registered to vote. Having more registrants than eligible citizens alive indicates that election officials have failed to properly maintain voter rolls.

States with counties which received a notice letter are (# of counties): Michigan (24), Kentucky (18), Illinois (17), Indiana (11), Alabama (10), Colorado (10), Texas (9), Nebraska (7), New Mexico (5), South Dakota (5), Kansas (4), Mississippi (4), Louisiana (3), West Virginia (3), Georgia (2), Iowa (2), Montana (2), North Carolina (2), Arizona, Missouri, New York (1 each). Federally produced data show the letter recipients have more registrants than living eligible citizens alive. (A sample letter is can be found here.)

What is this if not fraud and abuse of our election system?

One of the most illogical myths that Democrats have attempted to spread is that voter ID laws are racist and Republicans only support them because they don’t want minorities to vote.

It’s nonsense.

You need an ID in this country to board a plane, return purchases at Target, open a bank account, and for many other daily activities that Americans do on a daily basis. But for some reason, requiring an ID to vote, is racist.

Democrats will tell you that voter fraud doesn’t exist. However, the numbers don’t support that.

One of the most damning accusations of voter fraud comes from The Public Interest Legal Foundation which claims that over 140 counties across the United States currently house more registered voters than actual residents.

From The Washington Free Beacon:

A public interest law firm is threatening to bring lawsuits against more than 100 counties across the United States that appear to have more registered voters than living residents.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a law firm dedicated to election integrity based in Indiana, recently sent statutory notice letters to election officials in 141 counties putting them on notice of their discoveries. The group says if action is not taken to correct the questionable voter rolls, they will bring lawsuits against every single county on the list.

Data provided by the group also shows that some counties have voter registration rates that exceed 150 percent.

In short, there is significant evidence to suggest that voter rolls all across the country are a mess.

The Heritage Foundation recently released a study of hundreds of outrageous examples of voter fraud convictions. These aren’t accusations, they are examples of voter fraud being caught, tried, and convicted.

Democrats would have you believe that those who think voter integrity is important are living in a fantasy land. The President of the United States laughs about voter fraud as if it’s a conspiracy theory.

Democrats like Bernie Sanders, who has lead a very outspoken crusade to stop Voter ID laws, claim that asking poor minorities to get IDs is racist because it’s too expensive or the DMV is too far, etc etc. His argument is essentially that it’s racist to ask the poor to get an ID.

Not only is that extremely racist itself, it’s wrong. Not only could the state governments easily provide free IDs to those who can’t afford them at an extremely reasonable rate, other countries like India who have millions more poor people than the United States does, have voter ID laws.

Since LBJ’s failed War on Poverty and the end of the Civil Rights movement, Democrats have made the conscious decision to infantilize minorities. The fight against voter ID laws is simply the most recent manifestation of that effort.

Well that would certainly explain their fanatical desire to prevent voter ID laws

But HOW can this be? Democrats and their media lapdogs are always telling us voter fraud doesn’t exist and it is less common than being hit by lightening. HOW oh HOW could this report be true?

What I believe will be different here, is if Trump or Cruz make the ballot, they will fight what is obvious voter fraud.

If my recollections are correct, when Mitt ran, there were also some inconsistencies with numbers, and he just sat there with that stupid grin and lost the election. A typical RINO, won’t stand up for the voters, won’t stand up for himself.

This is where we need a brash loudmouth, someone that will finally meet the lefties eyeball to eyeball and bark back.

Most of the counties listed under Indiana are poor rural communities who I suspect do not have the technology or personnel to bring records up to date. With Indiana voter ID laws it would be difficult to cheat. Otoh the SoS did decertify a particular voting machine just before 2012 election Could be manipulated by outside device.

Over the last year I have written to many, many legislators, numerous news outlets and each of the top tier presidential candidates to urge them to consider that the first step in any immigration reform should be to cross check all residency applications and government assistance programs with voter registration roles.

At that point, self deportation would begin taking a big portion of the problem off the table.

To this point the idea has never been mentioned and no one has responded to me. A staffer I talked to in John McCain's office said he thought it sounded argumentative.

In my county in Florida you must have a photo ID and a utility bill that matches the address on your ID to get SANDBAGS when we are preparing for a storm.

The state of Florida did make the list because Rick Scott made the counties clean up their voter roles....

A huge problem are seasonal residents who vote here and in their original state....

He paid hell for it too....every libtard group with two nickels were screaming their heads off that it was racist, unfair,

They were just pissed the dead and illegals couldn’t vote...

This wouldn’t be the case if they would clean up their roles by removing people who no
longer are alive or live in their jurisdiction. It takes effort but things like, death
certificates, drivers license changes, mail address changes, tax notices, etc are
good places to start using to remove from the voter roles.

A good question is in these locations are there more people voting than are listed in
population statistics?

And what does the Left do?

Throw the race card.

Why?

Because it works every time it’s tried.

Republicans and conservatives are battered women, and the Left knows it.

This is another reason to keep the Electoral College. Voter fraud in a State will only affect that state. If we had a pure popular majority system then vote fraud in the cities would decide every election.

At this point in the history of America, the people who should be joining conservatives and most loudly demanding voter ID be required are the Blacks, it they whose political and economic strength that is most threatened by their masters in the demonrat party pandering to illegal Hispanics.
