Though this is a vanity, I have linked to the foundational source of my point.
I REALLY like what the Trump is saying. I like his attitude, I lake his effectively destroying PC and his takedown of the MSM. I like seeing all the liberal and GOPe heads exploding. I especially like him running a screen for Cruz.
But I would be very concerned about a Trump presidency. If you look at his stances in the past and some that are current and couple that with is personality, attitude and MO, and imagine him as the "strong man" in the article in the link, you will see where I am coming from.

He’ll not accomplish what he thinks if he believes he can simply enter the Washington Fray and start slinging....they’ll stop him and do so legally because he is not accustomed to the tactics used there nor does he know them.

I’m with you. I also believe Donald Trump has a good heart. That goes a long way with me.
Trump also loves this country, can’t say that about most of the other candidates.
So you are telling us that Trump can’t hack it in Washington because he isn’t a politician? And that Cruz knows where the land mines are? Excuse me, but it seems we have a problem with Cruz’s voting record when it comes to the Land Mines that were placed around the Iran Deal and he also didn’t see the mine field, or didn’t send out the sappers to find the way through on the question of the Trans Pacific Trade deal which will finish American Manufacturing without a Business Minded Person to turn things around. I like Cruz, but he needs to learn from Donald Trump, not the other way around.
How so? The topic is about Donald Trump, not about me. This is THE most critical/crucial election in American history. We can’t afford to get it wrong. Stop trying to divert the discussion.
Thoroughly agree. It might be interesting to look at Trump not as Goliath, but as David. Trump does seem to be outstanding at slinging a stone with a well placed snap of the wrist and excellent aim.
A man who is not driven by principle is driven by something else... Never will turn out well.
He doesn’t build a building with his own two hands. Can’t you see his genius and perfectionism in the people he hires and surrounds himself with? Yes, the final decision is his, but I am certain his basis for that decision is well founded.
What I am saying is that I don’t want to be one of the ones that votes for the guy that promises to build the house when he actually has no intention of building it.

So now you possess a crystal ball? It seems to me that Trump will do what he says he will do. All common sense “signs” point to that fact, including his past performances.

I’ve learned from these threads it’s pretty fruitless to speak of Trump in any way other than “fabulous” to those who are fully in his court.....Clearly you are on fire for Trump so we’ll leave it at that.

Very very true! Don’t you just LOVE someone who loves the country and isn’t afraid to say so instead of someone who is continually bashing America and trying to change her?
I am never ON FIRE for anyone when it comes to politics, but I recognize quality when I see it and believe in giving the deserving person credit.
I also believe in the FACT that America was built on taking risks. All these people who want to cover every minute factor which has relatively little if anything to do with the major problems this country has, are just as big an example of problems as are the liberals. They are the ones who will stay home just like they have done before if they don’t get the “Perfect” candidate. A snow white pure conservative CANNOT be elected, but someone who has a lot of common sense, expertise, and a genuine love for this country can heal a lot of hurts. Donald Trump is the ONLY ONE who has the strength and, I believe, inclination to PUT AMERICA FIRST. At least he is the only one saying so.
