The licenses, according to all reports of Kentucky law, without her signature, are invalid.

The Left has awakened a Sleeping Giant.

What sleeping giant? America's Christians? They're not going to do anything. They'll sit and pray and continue to be good little submissives. If there ever comes some sort of uprising or massive political movement in America to push back against Liberalism, it won't be lead by the churches.

Yep,you're prolly correct about that !

The “when” worries me, since it may be a long time. The “how” is easy:

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/242

18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law

“Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States . . . shall be . . . imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.”

The black-robed thug is clearly guilty of this felony. This felony carries the death penalty, and crimes that carry the death penalty have no statute of limitations. The thug in robes can be prosecuted whenever the rule of law is restored, and he should be prosecuted for this serious crime. Depriving an American of the right to the free exercise of religion is about as heinous as crimes get.

This won’t be the end of it (by sodomites) by a long shot. The little fascists are just getting warmed up.

I don't think this judge expected the blowback. He won't change.

Bingo. There will not, at any point, be any uprising of any kind. Americans are wussified sheep, willing to accept chains instead of actually fighting back. Fighting back would require far too much sacrifice, and no one wants to give up their jobs, incomes, mortgages, cars, toys, big screen TV's, etc. Far too much sacrifice. Tis easier to accept the chains.

“The move came down just before Davis was to receive jailhouse visits from presidential candidates Mike Huckabee and Ted Cruz.”

Sounds like the stupid lib judge finally figured out he was just creating a martyr for his ideological opponents to rally around :)

Homosexual marriages are also invalid under Kentucky law. That doesn’t seem to matter.

Those licenses should be revoked and the clerks can either do it as “under duress” due to color of authority.

You know, I think a lot of people probably believe prayer accomplishes nothing. Until they have nothing else to turn to...

Yep. 5 out of the other 6 clerks in her office said they would issue the licenses even though they disagreed with it. Someone said she couldn’t risk jail because she has a kid she has to take care of.

Very few are willing to do with Kim Davis did and tolerate the persecution that comes from not giving into the other side. As long as the vast majority on our side keeps caving in, the left wins.

I never prayed harder in my life than before the 08 election. And we know how that turned out.

Have no more will left. It’s in God’s hands and we are not capable of comprehending His plan.

And it shows that the judge never cared one bit about the law, just about politics.

Charge the judge with false imprisonment. Sue the judge for defamation of character.

Davis broke no law. Her reputation has been besmirched and she has been wrongly imprisoned.

If we had a free press they would be demanding to know: what law was broken.

18 U.S.C. 401(3).

That’s kind of like being arrested for “resisting arrest” when there was nothing originally available to arrest you for.

Her performance of the official duties of her office was interfered with. The dunderhead judge ordered her to violate law and jailed her when she did not comply.
