Donald Trump insisted that once we find out the true story on Hillarys emails, he will release his tax returns during an appearance on ABCs This Week Sunday with George Stephanopoulos.
Trump explained that when he pays his taxes, I pay as little as possible, Im very proud to tell you [and] I fight like hell to pay as little as possible.
George Stephanopoulos: Getting any closer to releasing your tax returns?
Donald Trump: Well Im thinking about it. Im thinking about maybe when we find out the true story on Hillarys emails. You know, Ive been saying that for a while, lets find out the true story.
Stephanopoulos: Thats been your line.
Trump: You know what, Im very honest on my tax returns.
Stephanopoulos: What is your tax rate?
Trump: Im not going to say it, but at some point, Im going to release it. But I pay as little as possible, Im very proud to tell you I fight like hell to pay as little as possible.
There’s no difference between being ‘interviewed’ by Stephanopoulos than being ‘interviewed’ by Hillary Clinton. Both are dem operatives... Hillary’s slightly more honest about who she really is...
Donald, if you really don’t want to release them (and it’s none of anybody’s business anyway), just say you’ll release them when Obama unseals his records—school, travel, anything relevant to the BC.
Way To Go President Trump!!! Telling it like it is....
Hey Georgie, why dont you release your tax returns?
Yes, I'm curious if he has 'more' financial involvement with the Clinton Foundation'.
I agree with you.
I like the way Trump leads these guys around by the nose.
Including Stephy.
I saw the interview; Trump was great.
I can’t stand George Stuffin-envelopes.
Yes. It would be interesting to see where this ‘fair minded reporter’ spends his money and what charities if any he gives money to.
John Kerry chose the Lower Tax Rate when he filed his MA State Tax Return.
That was before he hid his Yacht in Rhode Island to avoid paying Taxes on it.
Which means never...in my mind.
Mr. Trump is a business man. If the GOP reneges on the deal and attacks him, I'm guessing he'll feel justified in running a third party campaign.
Him teamed with debate master Cruz.. Think of the advantage.
:)
Love the response.
Tease, tease tease, by stating he works to minimize his tax rate and tax paid. Throw in a little “carry interest gains” to reinforce he understands that move.
Then, spring the trap by linking his tax returns to Hillary’s refusal to release her work e-mails!
Exactly.
Trump links the release of his tax returns to 0bama’s sealed records/BC, or Huma’s tax returns, or Hillary’s work e-mails.
If any one of those requests are 100% fulfilled, Trump takes credit for achieving something no one else could!
