They probably don’t provide services for tattoos, nail painting, or hair cuts either.

Why would they be forced to provide services they are in the business of doing?

If America had a properly ordered society and the Washington swamp was drained of all professional politicians, The ACLU, along with a gaggle of alphabet organizations, would be outlawed!

America is so damned sick it needs a benevolent despot like Francisco Franco!

Why don’t the liberals use this opportunity to corner the market on abortions at all their hospitals?

Oh. Never mind.

The admin wants to help the war against Christians. I don’t hear Obama speaking against the ACLU targeting Christian hospitals.

Define “emergency abortion.” Catholic hospitals will take action that ends a pregnancy if it is the only way to end an immediate threat to the mother’s life, as when there is uncontrollable hemorrhage or infection, severe preeclampsia/eclampsia/HELLP syndrome, or ectopic pregnancy.

They may not take the exact action the ACLU would prefer, as that might constitute a direct attack on the unborn child.

They might not define emergency as the ACLU does, when there is an issue that poses a potential but not immediate threat to the mother’s life.

As they approach the end of their first century, the pretense of actually believing in "civil liberties," has been nearly abandoned. They have always used that pretense in the Fabian manner to cloud the reality, that their chosen battles have always tended to undermine both traditional American society, and the actual civil liberties of the American people.

This type of suit is about enforcing not liberty, but conformity to Leftist dogma--the precise opposite of American Liberty.

To understand how they play their despicable game, see Leftwing Word Games & Religious Freedom.

The tragedy, here, is how many normally conservative Americans have failed for so long to recognize that game. Maybe these antics will wake some up.

Predictable. Next they will sue Catholic churches for not doing gay “marriages.”

ACLU is up to it’s evil ways everyday. No surprise here!
