Wednesday at CNBCâs Republican presidential debate, the anchors and candidates battled with the blusterous booing audience in heavy support of the candidates.

You mean just like they went to war against Romney, McCain, George Bush, and Reagan before that? Old msm, same as the New msm, every bit as biased, malevolent, evil and vicious as ever.

Our guys stood up to the media last night.
Ted Cruz did great.
Trump was solid. I think they all did a good job. Very good debate, I thought.
Except for CNBC moderators. Extremely anti-GOP.
So CNBC is just a bunch of left wing nuts like the rest of them?
I demand a demonrat debate with Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, and Ann Coulter as moderators.
I am more a National League fan. The designated hitter is blasphemy. I saw Cruz thwack the moderators, Trump thwack Kasich, And Rubio thwack Jebby. It was a good evening.
Most of them had good moments. Huckabee with the blimp metaphor, Rubio on the MSM being Hillary's Super-PAC, Cruz on many points, Christie on the government lying, even Fiarino on retirement planning being outside the scope of federal government's constitutional power ...
But Jeb and Kasich fell flat. Just saying, I came away from the debate with almost the same impression you did, except I don't think Jeb or Kasich did a good job.
Yup.....good game. Shoulda watched it.
Limbaugh sitting there laughing as a Coulter question causes Hildebrast to fall to the floor in convulsions? I might pay to see that
We agree. I can point to a top moment for 8 of the 10. Jebby and Kasich looked irrelevant. Carson and Paul do surgery, but Cruz scalpeled the three hack moderators with the precision I have rarely seen.
Designated hitter should have come about back in the dead ball era.
Talk about ruining a rally when up steps a hurler who bunts with a man on third with 2 outs.
National league is the only remaining dinosaur. College, Japanese, winter ball etc all use the superior DH.
Danged if I understand why the GOP puts themselves in these positions to be abused by these leftist dicks.
Just don’t do it and LET them get their noses out of joint.
From the 'debate'...
"This is not a cage match," the Texas Republican said. "And you look at the questions " 'Donald Trump, are you a comic-book villain?' 'Ben Carson, can you do math?' 'John Kasich, will you insult two people over here?' 'Marco Rubio, why don't you resign?' 'Jeb Bush, why have your numbers fallen?' How about talking about the substantive issues people care about?" Cruz's media criticism drew loud applause at the University of Colorado Boulder, where the GOP field gathered for the CNBC-hosted event. It was an especially spirited moment compared to his first two debates, during which Cruz hit his talking points but stopped short of delivering breakout performances.
From Frank Luntz focus group...
During a live post-debate "Kelly File," Frank Luntz talked to a focus group of Republican voters about their reaction to the third GOP debate. The participants had an overwhelmingly positive response to Ted Cruz's criticism of the CNBC debate moderators and their "biased" line of questioning."The questions that have been asked so far in this debate illustrate why the American people don't trust the media," Cruz said to applause. "How about talking about the substantive issues?"
On a scale of 0 to 100, both conservative and moderate participants hit as high as a 98 favorable rating to Cruz's statement.
Luntz revealed "that in more than 15 years of focus groups, no line had ever been received so favorably...EVER!"
Huckabee just about had the best line of the night. " I've spent my whole career fighting the Clinton machine. Not only fighting them, but winning. Not only winning, but I'm alive to tell about it! "
Both leagues should simply sit the pitcher out and go with an 8-man hitting rotation.
CNBC lost the debate. God they suck!
Interesting
exactly - they had no business lending credibility to cnbc by appearing and validating them as a news outfit
Ted had a Cruz missile in the pipe and launched a direct hit to the broadside on the moderators. The audience was already restless, but they turned decidedly against the panel after Ted hit them.
This is shaping to be a bad cycle for the Washington cartel. I like seeing the bastids sweat.
I demand a demonrat debate with Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, and Ann Coulter as moderators.
