CNN Analyst: European Countries Pretend Gun Control Works, But ‘It Just Doesn’t’
Breitbart ^ | 14 Nov 2015 | AWR Hawkins

During CNN’s November 13 coverage–just hours after the heinous terror attacks on Paris had taken place–CNN law enforcement analyst Tom Fuentes said European countries have long pretended that gun control can keep them safe, but it cannot.

In fact, Fuentes alluded to how the gun control culture offers a large number of “soft targets” to “gangsters and terrorists” who have no problem getting the guns that law-abiding citizens are forbidden to own.

Fuentes said, “Many of the European countries have been in denial that their strict gun control laws are going to keep guns out of the hands of bad guys, and it just doesn’t.” He added, “Gangsters and terrorists have no problem getting automatic weapons, grenades, and all kinds of other equipment to use in these attacks. And we’re seeing a lot of that more and more, where a lot of people didn’t believe that before.”

Gun control works great in France. Only terrorists are armed.

Well, you can be sure that Tom Fuentes is going to be looking for an analyst position at a new company very soon. Probably right before he receives his audit notice from the IRS. And a detailed rectal examination by the DOJ.

The ambassador from France to the US suggested that Trump was a “Vulture” for condemning Frances strict gun laws, and saying maybe fewer would have been killed if some people had been armed in that theater

Gun Control, as opposed to “restrictions on the ownership and permitted legal purposes for which guns may be used”, is a whole different concept.

Make sure the weapon is loaded and ready to fire, bring it up to aim by sighting over a V-notch and bead, optical sight, or laser pointer at target, SQUEEZE off the trigger, and if confident another round is in the chamber, repeat the steps until the sunuvabitz falls down. Heart shot, or failing that, a head shot. If neither is possible or practical, then a wound sufficient to disable either the opponent’s ability to fire back at you, or damage his capability to crawl away.

Now that is Gun Control. When you discharge all the ammunition in the chamber or magazine, reload and return to the fray.

Therefore, a scenario where only the bad guys are armed leads him to observe that it is not surprising that over 100 people were killed, “as terrible as a 120 [or more is].” He believes that if the November 13 attack had been more “sophisticated” and carried out by “well-trained” men against “soft targets,” the death toll “would have been 1,000.”

Yep. With a decent plan, and a desire to evade until no longer possible, huge body counts are possible. A couple of safe houses and weapon caches, maybe accomplices putting out false info on social media, changing appearance frequently, a dozen men in 4-6 teams could terrorize a city for days without WMDs or anything too sophisticated.

Can anyone recommend a good round for a 9mm concealed carry sidearm that would carry good energy at the distances inside a concert hall or stadium?

My wife (from Europe) asked last night, "What if they tried an attack like that here?"

Then we both laughed and I said, "They'd be shot dead within seconds of opening fire." And she agreed.

We live in Texas.

I live surrounded by some of the worlds best and brightest military people .. but where I live it’s exceptionally difficult to purchase a weapon .. let alone get certified to conceal-carry.

It’s sad too .. I live in a wonderful, small, Christian senior housing complex .. and I wonder just how safe we are.

**The ambassador from France to the US suggested that Trump was a “Vulture” for condemning Frances strict gun laws, and saying maybe fewer would have been killed if some people had been armed in that theater**

How is stating the truth being a vulture? I think that’s guilt talking because their liberal gun laws have left the French people so vulnerable to these kinds of attacks.

My heart goes out to those murdered and injured and their families. Learn from this. Take your country and your rights back. Arm yourself. Then you are no longer a soft target. Close your borders. Remove Moslems. Close and tear down every single mosque. Be prepared to go throughout the world and wipe them out.

That goes for all of us.
