You have to know many of them are breeding grounds for terrorists....if not all.
C’mon
When have you heard of a bunch of Lutherans, Baptists, Presbyterians blowing up anything!

“If said “House of Worship” is found to be an armory, then what?”
Then it can be (mis)used against other houses of worship.
The next democrat president that comes along, if a single church member so much as brings a single gun to church, the president will declare it an armory and have that shut down too. Look at what clinton and janet reno did in Waco.

Ideologies are protected by the first amendment too.

"He can't shut them down, it would be a direct violation of the Constitution."
Enemy combatants and their support groups probably are not protected by the Constitution.
To: BlackFemaleArmyCaptain
He would do much better to say that we will not allow Muslim immigrants.
To: BlackFemaleArmyCaptain
Lets skip considering and just do it. :-)

It would be nice if freepers would actually read more than headlines, because the MSM lies.
They hate conservatives and it shows in their lies.

Christian churches aren't organizing murders in their place of worship.
I don't want any mooslem refugies ether. But unless you can prove they are inciting murder or other illegal activity, it is a slippery slope when you start talking about closing down Constitutionally protected houses of worship. Whats next, do we start banning words, pictures? Sound familiar?

Depends on if you are treating it militarily, or legally.
Different rules depending on the situation.

Mosques are where they are recruited and encouraged to kill.

You may want to review the Posse Comitatus Act

Islam is not a religion. It is a Theocracy.
Islam is a ruling tyrannical governing body under the guise of a religion. The Mosques being built in our country, and all over the World are financed not by local believers as our Christian churches are, but by the Islamic government of Saudi Arabia.
These mosques are outposts, safe havens being allowed to grow, and fester on our soil for invaders from a foreign land to quarter, refresh themselves, conceal arms, and basically gain their marching orders of when, and where to strike in our homeland.
Yes they can be shut down, and they will be shut down one way, or another. They have to be.

Good for Trump He keeps blazing new trails where others have feared to go.
And, where others are forced to go :)
Trump has completly changed the dynamics of the campaign. Almost none of the things he’s brought to the forefront were discussed in previous Prez campaigns.
Go Trump!!!

The Posse Comitatus Act is a legal device.
War is a different matter and handled differently under the Constitution.

Maybe, I don't know that all mosques are the same. Do you know if all mosques are recruitment centers and all encourage their members to kill, and if so how? Do you suggest that we just punish them all without knowing? Do you believe that is Constitutional, or does it matter?
To: JoSixChip
Is the Mosque in question teaching the Koran? Then yes, it is advocating murdering everyone else.
