That is a pretty fair assessment. We sound like ideological twins!
Marco is a little weasel who betrayed the Tea Party that sent
him to D.C.
His overly-solicitous, smarmy, used-car presentation puts my teeth on edge. If he were a man of substance I probably
wouldn’t be bothered.
Plus he has enormous ears I couldn’t stand looking at for 4 minutes let alone 4 years.
Rand Paul's immigration speech...The Republican Party must embrace more legal immigration.[Posted on 03/19/2013 7:04:07 AM PDT by Perdogg]
Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.
Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.
Let's start that conversation by acknowledging we aren't going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.
If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...
This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.
Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors.
Rand Paul calls on conservatives to embrace immigration reformLatinos, should be a natural constituency for the party, Paul argued, but "Republicans have pushed them away with harsh rhetoric over immigration." ...he would create a bipartisan panel to determine how many visas should be granted for workers already in the United States and those who might follow... [and the buried lead] "Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers...[Posted on 04/21/2013 1:52:42 PM PDT by SoConPubbie]
[but he's not in favor of amnesty, snicker, definition of is is]
omg! you are so right on -you hit it waaaay bettah!
and SO TRUE.
you should see the kind of commercials his campaign is running for him in my area-they make him look like “he’s da man” with historical significance! (it’s the way the commercial is made to look old,etc...)
he has NO substance-have you ever seen him replying to a question that is designed to make him think on his feet?
he’s soooooooo fast talkin’ jive bs!
I heard that Marco was in bed with the cham of comm ! then I guess he “cleaned up his act” but I could be wrong but why on earth would Sheldon Adelson back this know-nothing? I would love to have a sit down with Sheldon & point out how wrong he is in backing this candidate.
here’s a couple of links i found :

here’s a link on Paul Singer from breitbart:
and to refresh : The Donald on Rubio
I know I can always depend on Donald to tell the truth and if it makes any sense I still am on the hook for Ted.
I’ve always supported Ted from Day one when he went to WashDC. I support Donald and him but Ted kinda’ lost me on his H1b whatever it’s called visas & then endorsement (or did he flip?) on the TransPacifTrade .
His flip was on “fast track” TPA
